Staff, food, and location were all great.
Our vehicle was damaged after paying a $70.00 fee for 2 nights of parking and the staff basically told me we were shit out of luck on them even attempting to offer to repair the damages even though they were the only ones that had access to the vehicle. This was a very huge disappointment. We may pursue the matter legally.
Super close to activities and lots of entertainment.
Rooms were not clean. Everything very overpriced and hard to find. More of a business place in my opinion.
Hotel is conveniently located downtown
Very noisy restaurant, disorganized valet
It is centrally located down town
The staff wasn't friendly and said they were out of rooms even though I had showed them my reservation. After causing a small scene and strong arming them I was provided with a room but it wasn't a two bedroom like I had booked, instead it was a two bed. They didn't advertise they only had vallet parking and no public parking so an additional $35 will be charged to your card for the service. The valley parking service is slow to retrieve your vehicle when you need it and the staff seemed really shady; and that doing there job was a burden on them. There was also no microwave in the hotel room and the only one in the lobby was broken.
There were homeless ppl everywhere outside the entrances.
View, desk and power outlets
Homeless people hanging out around entrance
Everything was great
DUE TO EMERGENCY HOSPITALIZATION HAD TO CHECK OUT A DAY EARLY. BECAUSE BOOKED THRU KAYAK THE CANCELLED DAY'S ROOM CHARGE WAS NOT REFUNDED!!!!! NEVER BOOK ANYTHING THROUGH THIRD PARTY! NO REFUND CLAIM INFO ANYWHERE ON KAYAK! SURPRIZE HOTEL $50 PER DAY SECURITY DEPOSIT CHARGED AT CHECK IN!
Very nice staff and facilities
No free wifi
Good central location in downtown Atlanta
Paper thin walls you can hear every word from the rooms beside yours
Rooms not worth the price completely outdated. The valet was pretty expensive at $35 a night. It was convenient for me to stay here, although the room was not worth it at all. For a better deal just stay at the Hilton a few minutes away.
Loved how clean the room was.
Valet parking overlooked people of color, as every Caucasian person pulling in the driveway was assisted before us. Rude and unacceptable.
Location. Location. Location. Room was clean. Dual charging port for mobile devices. Free Wifi in lobby
I didn't know there was an outdoor concert all weekend. The noise was unbearable at times with the bass shaking the room. I probably would have still stayed here because of the location but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. Access to Marta. You can take train from Airport to Phillips Arena Exit and only have to walk half block to hotel.
Staff was friendly.
Rooms outdated, not worth $250 per night.
Although, the hotel is in a great location but the price point is too high at 289 plus tax, plus valet parking 35.00. However, i would stay there again but would shop my hotel rate a week before instead of just two days before my arrival. This could be why the rate was so high??
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Was travelling with my seven year old and was impressed with every facet of this facility. The proximity to Phillips Arena, World of Coke, GA Aquarium, Olympic Park, CNN, and the College Football Hall of Fame make it the ideal hotel for an Atlanta vacation. The food court in the CNN center was also very, very convenient and provides plenty of options for those traveling with children as I was. The vast majority of the guests in the hotel appeared to be there on business but the hotel is very family friendly as well. My room was extremely clean and well-appointed. I arrived hours ahead of the check in time and was permitted to check in early. I look forward to staying again.
I hate paying for parking at any hotel
The location is great and very convenient for walking to the Philips Arena, World of Coca Cola, the aquarium, and World Congress Center
I couldn't wait to leave. It started with the terribly loud and annoying noise that woke me up at 4:45am, after checking in at 2am. I had to call the front desk to call security. Took 30 min. before the noise stopped. Then at 7am CNN starts blaring in the atrium and echoes off all of the walls, every morning. I asked for a blanket three times, but never got one. I couldn't wait to leave.
The room was clean and spacious.
The room overlooked a roof and the street. The room next door was loud, but that is to expected when a concert is in town.
The room was updated and very clean. The location is excellent! We were there for a concert and it was so nice to be so close to Phillips Arena.
The staff. I called earlier in the day and they didn't have my reservation and were snotty about it. Kayak had outstanding service, and helped the Omni get things straight. We were able to check in when we got there. My friend however, who also had a reservation, was not able to check in until after the concert was over (at 2 am) because they didn't have a room available for her when she tried to check in at 8 pm. They were rude, let her go to the spa to change and stored her bags, but then never called to tell her a room was ready. When we got out of the concert she went to get her room and they said she would still have to pay full price. Was NOT impressed with their customer service!
Bedding was comfortable, location
Outdated, overpriced, wait times to check in and for valet, terrible view
The up tight finger up there ass staff and guest
