It is near to the city and a central subway station. Very nice surrounding inside a marina!
location/ room view/
well... I could not take a shower next day the shower head broke..
Great suite of rooms. Good breakfast. Friendly valet.
Telephone person for hotel was not helpful with parking information (we drove). Once we got there the valet parking fellow showed us a very close parking lot that was half the price of valet parking at the hotel! ($25 vs $48). T was a 10 minute walk.
Very nice harbor viewCharlestown location
Staff were a bit uneven. Some very helpful and friendly, others snarky
I love the location on the harbor and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Pull-out sofa is not very comfortable.
Location was awsome. Hotel was fantastic.
I can't think of anything I did not like.
Access to some historical sight seeing, and easy walk to the ferry.
This is a great location! Perfect for easy acess to boston. I loved the feel of the room and hotel staff. Everyone was so friendly.
I dont think the pillows were hypoallergenic, necause eaither the pillows or the rug caused my normally doorment allergies to react.
Absolutely INCREDIBLE!!!! The staff were amazing. Location is beautiful. Lived it. Cant wait to go back.
the location is excellent, the staff are very nice, the room are good.
everything was good, except my wife have been bitten by Bed Bug during the stay at this hotel.
Plenty of space in room
Bed was uneven - felt like I was sleeping on a hill all night
Design and decoration
Front desk employee are not friendly
The Room is big and clean as the star level.
The location is so so and the charge of parking is too expensive.
The room was large and comfortable
the hotel is very close to a main road intersection- I had a room with an ugly view of the road and parking lot area
The staff was most helpful when asking for directions and helped make this stay so comfortable. Very clean and bright. Perfect location, right on wharf. Great breakfast and free in room interent too ! Quick walk to TD Gardens for Celtics game.
Stayed with kids, ages 11 and 12. Location was good and the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. The room and views were perfect. Can't wait to go back.
Food was great and location. I felt welcome and the rom was comfortable.
With 3 tweens and teens, we always appreciate the extra room of a Residence Inn. The hotel and room was clean and nicely appointed. Location: directly on the Freedom Trail, near the USS Constitution but away from the hub-bub of Boston itself. CONS: pool was somewhat small but OK for smaller crowds. Limited options for Dining spots that are walk-able from the hotel.
This was our first time staying in Boston. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. When we got lost on the subway we called the hotel to get directions and the hotel attendant stayed on the line with us until we walked in their front doors. Breakfast was good and always fresh!
The full breakfast is a great value. It is within walking distance of the US Navy yard where the US Constitution is docked. It is in walking distance of Bunker Hill and the North side of Boston. We took the water taxi which is $1.70 to get to the center of town. Be careful because there are two water taxi companys. One for $1.70 and the other is $10.00. The one we took is next store to the US Navy Yard. Each morning we could hear the cannon go off at the Navy yard.
CITY FULL OF HISTORY. WENT TO ESCORT MY GRANDSON ON THE USS CONSTITUTION. AWESOME EXPERIENCE.
