Place was clean
Pool was 21+ only. So no kids. Parking is kinda crazy too. It's like a maze to get to.
The location, having the classic O'Sheas so close. Being close to Caesars palace. The refurbished rooms are nice.
Not much has been upgraded in the casino. The purple zebra in the lobby sells "alcoholic" slushies, however, they are very expensive and seems to not have much alcohol.
My room was off the elevator bank closest to the monorail, making travel to the convention center very easy. The room was large and the bed was comfortable.
Like all properties on the Strip, the gambling is atrocious
This property has been fully remodeled, and is finally up to par with the nicer hotels on the strip.
The room didn't have toiletries, but the staff quickly remedied the problem.
Very convenient location
Was directed to the wrong workout room and it closed before I was done working out. Came out and all the lights were off
The atmosphere and decor is much more modern looking than others in the area. Best price for the location of the strip. Definitely will be back!
Room wasn't 100% clean and bed was a little to firm for my likings.
I liked that we did not have to walk through the casino to get anywhere else

Location, Location, Location. Perfectly located midstrip next to Flamingo/Caesars and easily walkable to other better places. Refurbished rooms, new paint, and remodeled casino/shops is miles better than Imperial Palace, but it's basically a higher end same feel. FREE PARKING garage and HUGE LOT in the back, near train rail scores points. And for booking on Labor Day wkd, only 24 hrs in advance, $80 was a steal.
Took :17 mins to check in via stopwatch. Under Special Requests, I asked for a picture of Nicolas Cage to be placed near the bed, and they couldn't fulfill. Soap/Shampoo dispensers in shower so you can't steal toiletries. Denied comp late checkout. Requested high floor, only got 6 which was OK, cause the elevators TAKE FOREVER. And I'm not religious, but no Bible in room. Auto points off.
Location and promenade.
Small rooms. Too many fees, what makes this a resort? Self parking garage is filthy and smells.
Updated rooms are clean with everything you need. Huge flat screen tv on the wall; roomy shower with good pressure; decent sized bathroom; very comfortable beds (pillow top); adequate gym; enough elevators so you don't have long wait times. Front Desk moves quickly; bell staff is courteous and efficient if you need to store bags; FedEx deliveries can be picked up conveniently at the Concierge desk. I have stayed at Harrah's before and unless you are VIP-level you wait everywhere: elevators, front desk, bag storage, elevators. The Linq is right next door but miles ahead in service and cleanliness.
That resort fee really rubs me wrong...what do I get for it again??? Price gouging throughout from price of a cup of coffee to paying a $10 service fee to pick up a FedEx envelope to charging $12 a bag if you want your luggage delivered to the airport for you. LV can be a ripoff if you hang out in your hotel all day long.
Location is great. Better if the taxi driver could have found it. Good value, has a few things to improve on and will be stellar.
Room had not been vacuumed. Had debris on floor, expected it to be vacuumed the next day and was shocked when it was not. One day they took the soap and left none. Had to hunt down a house keeper person just to have soap for our hands.
Hotel appeared to be okay
I paid online got a confirmation. Got there and they would not except it. Wanted to charge 3x's the amount and canceled my reservation. I was there on business and had to sit in the lobby for hours.
I liked the cleanlinnes, the staff, the location, but thats about it. I was expecting to have a better view, a bigger room and a quiet room, non of that was there and thats because i even changed the room once.
not a very quiet and relaxed stay. I was doing buisness not partying, i got sick and wanted to rest it was impossible with the noise from next room, i wanted a nice view all i saw was a dumpster... not impressed at all.
The casino does look great, the did a great job. The location is also very central and appealing.
We had a problem with our room and contacted management. It took them 4 hours to resolve the problem and the manager was rude in the process. I will not be staying there even with all the other positives. Customer service means a lot to me, especially in Vegas. The AC in the room was also a problem, it was either extremely cold or warm.
We liked the fact that everything in the room was pretty much all new. In the heart of the strip and walking distance to Ceaser's and other 5 star locations
Parking Structure walk into the Linq was pretty dated and rough looking. Walking into the casino with multi layered escalators was pretty confusing . Our room had gorgeous views of the roof and air conditioning system to the hotel....so ask when booking where they are placing you.
The hotel was nice in a great location rooms were very clean beds were super comfy room was pretty spacious staff was very helpful
The only thing that sucks is that the pool closed at 5pm when i stayed there so i didnt get to check out the pool it would be great if it were open 24hrs just like the casino
I really like all the upgrades they done I stayed there when it was less luxeris. Defiantly would come back to stay their
had to change my room 3 times due to mold smells, wet carpet, and period stains on the bed. Will not go back. :(
OK food inside The Linq. But you are close to the promenade, so you've got more options there. Nice central location. Boutique type hotel, I didn't hear any construction and the decor is nice.
Our bathroom light went out after our first night's stay there. There were other little things that made the hotel feel less luxurious and made our room feel like more of a second thought - for example all of the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap dispensers were empty when we entered as well. Cell phone service throughout the entire hotel is extremely bad, and the WiFi they provide isn't very good either. This makes it tough to keep in touch with your other friends. Check-in line is almost always long, with a wait somewhere between 30 to 60 minutes long. I didn't find the hotel confusing at all - they have probably gotten better at describing where exactly you will be.
No place to get ready besides the bathroom especially if yo have a family no outlets by mirrors for blow dryin hair besides the bathroom we had the delux room and no walking space for a family....the morning of the 20 th was my daughters birthday that's why we picked your hotel to stay in the last night went down to the pool at nine in the morning so my daughter can swim fior her bday....it was only for adults...the employee stated the family pool was at the flamingo..but the slides didn't open till 11:00. And that was our check out time. so bad start for a little girls birthday! We stayed at the sls hotel the first 5 nights and it had everything a family needs. So in comparison to the sls...there is none.
WiFi is awful
Location right on the strip is great, close to everything walking distance, plus easy access to the monorail.
The room I booked was unavailable, I was told it was first come, first serve basis, so I was placed in a smoking room with two beds. The room itself didn't smell like smoke, which is why I decided to stay, but the hallways were impregnated with smoke from cigarettes and pot. The room itself wasn't the cleanliest hotel room I've ever stayed at, the bathroom needed a better scrub and a new shower curtain. Hotel staff weren't the friendliest either, when asking about changing to a new non-smoking room, I was just told to keep calling until one became available.
Good Location on the Strip. The Rooms are confortable and modern. The pool parties turn really good.
It is not that easy to enter to the hotel from the back parking lot. We have to make a long line to make the check in, seems that they are not really prepared for holiday and long weekends
The beds are comfortable and the rooms are nicely decorated.
Without being notified before, we were told that because it is Memorial Day there is no valley service,and that we have to find our own parking spot,but the parking lot was extra full,and they knew that because everybody was coming back because of that. When we got to the reception,we were not able to check in because of I don't know what...and when we asked to speak with a manager immediately there was no more problem with our check in...a manager that never came...because he was busy...probably with another complaint similar to ours... When we got to our room,we found half empty water bottles under the bed,everything was dusty,including the toilet faucet... Room service not available on during the night...wanted to order a burger at 4 am but the room service ordering system was out... And the most annoying thing that happened to us was the drinks policy.The pool is just on top of the main floor,and they have a couple of bars in that area...what we discovered is that after spending 70 dollars at one of the bars on the main floor/casino...we wanted to go to the pool and we were told that outside drinks are not allowed...we just bought them 5 min before from the same hotel...just a different bar...and basically what the security told us is down our drinks in the towel pick-up area and after that we will be allowed to enter the pool area...and that was kind of humiliating! Never again at this hotel...that was it for me,as for our next night in Vegas we moved to Hard Rock and the experience was just amazing...I am not a rock guy but the service was just perfect...clean,well mannered staff,everything goes smoothly,including the check-out that took 2 hours at the Linq...2 hours!!!we stayed for 45 min in line to get to the front desk to do our check out!!!and another 40 min for the bell boy to come up to the room to pick up our luggage...no smiles,no sorry...no nothing... THE WORST CUSTIMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! Things like this shouldn't happen in Vegas...in 2015...
This hotel is right on the strip. There is much to do that is super close and convenient. The casino, restaurant, bars, snack shops, the promenade, and pool are all at your fingertips.
The beds were not the greatest for me with only 2 pillows total. Our check in lady was not the most helpful person I have ever met. There was a rather long line for check in.

When I arrived at the hotel I did not get the room I booked, then to top it off room did not have hot water, hotel was not accommodating, was no help whatsoever, never will I stay at the linq hotel again!! worst customer service
The bathroom was nice...felt like it should have been in a boutique room and the elevators up to the rooms was located near the parking garage so it was handy when returning back to the hotel after a long day of walking and sight seeing.
The room was not as clean as it should have been---housekeeping needs to learn how to vacuum....beds were slap dash made (not crisp) wrinkled and the room was very narrow. It felt like a motel 6. The parking was a bit tricky to get into and for a few bucks more, we could have stayed at a much nicer place. We will not be returning to the Linq. The pictures of the room (s) online are nice but in reality not even close.
The location was in the middle of the strip which made access easy. The praking was free and the rooms were very clean.
Their elevators were awful. We waiting 20 minutes with our luggage for an elevator because the security has to oversee them. They would only run 2 elevators around check out which made it frustrating to even get off your floor. The room keys must be used to run the elevators as well, so if you got split up from your others with the key they won't let you go anywhere in the elevator. The sheets were also very scratchy which made for an uncomfortable sleep.
I didn't like anything about this hotel. One of the worst hotels I've stayed at. The staff was terrible rude and disrespectful. I got a room there and every time I get a room at a hotel I valet my car, the valet says you have to be a seven diamond to park here bs.
Just a terrible hotel I wouldn't stay here if you have me a room for free. They didn't even have a tub they have a stand up showers. The front desk people were so pissed at the world that it seemed like someone ate their dog. I hope this message gets to there management because no one will ever stay there again with that service.
Horrible access to rooms, construction began at 6am and continued all morning, no insulation in walls (could hear everything in the hallway and next door), very dissatisfied with stay.
Rooms were very clean and nicely decorated, contemporary. Bed was comfortable. Location is great right in the middle of the strip.
This place shouldn't be operating until the construction is completed. Be prepared to be woken up at 6:30am and noise continues from construction till about 5pm. We could't locate the parking facility for lack of signs. The electricity went out in our building at about 10 am on tues march 10. We had to leave the hotel via very dark hallway and stair way, thankfully our phones have flashlights which were extremely handy for this. The staff didn't seem at all apologetic for this. There were people stuck in the elevator for about an hour we were told by a staff member. WIFI did not work in our room, no pool available yet so i told them at check out i shouldn't have to pay for resort fees, they were waived by a lady who was not friendly at all. I won't stay here until the construction has been completed.
Liked the room and decor.
Loud air conditioner. Resort fee when pool wasn't even open yet and Internet was lacking at best. Very smokey. Parking is ridiculous. Noise from the promenade below and horrible pillows.
Room was fine.
No resort should be open with this much construction going on; you can hear it during day and see workers with equipment walking down the hallways. The place has excessive security; you have to show your room key to get on an elevator. I felt uncomfortable, constantly being surveilled. The front desk has a definite attitude while serving you, as if everyone staying there is a potential troublemaker. The person who checked me in kept repeating the phrase, “If you trash our room”, while I was checking in. I checked out almost immediately.

The whole place is under construction. Casino and lobby stink like cigarettes. There is a resort fee of $28/night that only really covers wifi- there is no resort of pool. Did not check out the fitness center but it apparently existed. The whole experience was meh at best.
Will NEVER stay there again. Very bad decision on their part to open without being complete. Staff is not trained well at all with regard to customer service.
