The room was great! The staff was friendly and helpful! They had our room ready for an early check-in 6 hours prior to our check-in time! I would definitely stay there again!
The hotel was very clean and nice.
The WI-FI connection was horrible. No room service. The breakfast was a joke. And even with the 'do not disturb' sign hanging on our door, house keeping continued to knock in our door, even walking in to our room.

The only issue we had is that it was confusing getting from the garage to the hotel lobby on the 11th floor. Otherwise everything was stellar.
Love the location! A couple of blocks away from French Quarter keeps the craziness away but close enough to walk everywhere.
The check out day, we have 3 different housekeepers knocking on our door, starting at 8 am. We requested 12 pm check out. They confirmed it and I saw them type the request into the system, so I find the 8 am knock quite inappropriate. And there were more than 3 knock through the morning, so it felt like they are trying to chase us out. I have never had such experience before, especially when the actual check out time is 11.30 am, 3 hours away from the first knock. They should have seen it in the system that we have not checked out, so for the housekeepers to knock on our door to clean at 8, I really dont know what the issue was.

Trying to get to the hotel was a nightmare as they were working on the street and it was closed. We circled the blocks several times to find the entrance and the cop was no help what so ever. We were let out by the cab two blocks away because we could not find the way in. I found it very odd that the check in was on the 11th floor. They were very nice and very apologetic upon our arrival. The view was from our window was just like the Travelocity commercial as it was just looking at interior windows and down a shaft. The bed was a lot to be desired as it was very uncomfortable. I had to go to the 11th floor 4 times as my key did not work so it would not let me go to my 15th floor. This was just inconvenient.
The location was great.
We like everything.... 2blks frm Bourbon St and 1blk frm Canal. Walking distance to everything. Definite return spot for Us.

The first lady in the restaurant when we had breakfast was attentive and excellent. the rooms were a good size and clean and easy to settle into. I also loved the free internet!
The staff member when we checked out (Re Jean I think) was quite rude and argued with us. The wireless internet didn't work so we had to plug in all the time. The gym is not well equipped and needed some weights. The pool is very very small
The room was very nice, spacious and clean. The location was very good, only a very short walk to the french quarter and the convention centre. We did not eat in the hotel so can't comment on the restaurant.
The hotel was advertised as having a pool but it was very small, you would not be able to swim in it, which was a bit disappointing.
Hotel customer Service, facilities, free internet!!!! Pool!!!! All in all, an amazing, stress free experience!

Very comfortable bed. Liked the extra room the sitting area provided. Fridge & microwave were helpful. Close enough to Superdome for walking to & from.
The staff was not helpful. The pool (if u can call it that) needs a renevation. Workout equipment very dated. The so called cafe is open maybe a few hours a day.
