Einstein Bagels in lobby. Wait and service are horrible
The staff exceeded our expectations in making our daughter's birthday special. Thank you!
They treated my wedding anniversary like it was theirs. They gave us free drinks and desert for the compass restaurant and we had a wonderful time...
Minor problem took a while to resolve
Proximity to chase field. Quiet. Networks food and service very nice. Front desk staff very nice
Worn old towels, bath tub didn't drain. No toilet paper and front desk said they would correct but never did. Never cleaned room after request. In general decor old and experience more like a 2.5 or 3 star than 4
Great location close to Chase Field and the light rail station. Convenient Enterprise car rental counter in the hotel. We got a phenomenal deal at $-----/night.
A glass of orange juice and a Sprite cost $6.50 at the bar.
Parking cost is extra. No parking discounts or deals.
The rooms are always clean, big, and AC always works keeps you cool. The staff in front office are always willing to make your stay the best and cater to all your needs. Hotel is the best of the best...
Location! Hotel is within walking distance to several great bars/restaurants.
The swimming pool/area was a little outdated.
Clean hotel with a very friendly staff in a great location.
Awesome location, and very clean. Nick the FD agent was very professional and offered a room with a view.
The thing I really liked about this hotel is the staff, the valet service, they are really nice and helpful and they SMILE. Thanks to each and every employee.
I don't like the parking at all, it is very expensive to park in the garage, like $24 bucks or something. To park and use Valet service in Vegas hotels is FREE! Ya'll need to do something different.
I felt the service attendant who checked me was rude and very unacommadating.
Free amenities including shaving cream, slippers, razors, baby shampoo and many others to choose from. A crib was available for free for my baby. Great location and great flat screen TV plus great movie channels.
My little boy picked up a sock under the bed as soon as we arrived that was not ours . house keeping forgot to clean the restroom and forgot some cleaning supplies in our bathroom. Parking was 19 dollars a night and you have to walk to the garage.
The room was dirty and the air conditioner didn't work
Valet was extremely rude, hair in the shower, ripped shower curtain, chips on end tables. No bathrobes or 'extras' (q tips). Very shabby.
Very bad service, no parking, dirty room had blood stains on the bed and wall.
Only free parking was on street but only between 7pm and 8am. The beds were not what one would expect, the beds belong in a Motel 6.
The fact that parking was so much. Elevators were always packed so long wait. Hotel very loud.
Lots of restaurants within walking diatance.
Hotel won't let you take your own luggage cart. It's not allowed according to them. Self parking is not an in and out parking lot. Basically have to park the whole night till they open the next day.
Hotel room, view and parking were not of a four star rating.
in the middle of convention center
walls were then not very clean dated interior rooms didn't look vacuumed lots of hair in bathroom room was noisy from neighbors
There's only metered parking so you have to wake up before 8 to feed the meter and it's only for 2h. Also the quality of soap, shampoo, etc was not good.
Nice hotel, but everything costs extra. Parking is outrageous, Internet is Expensive. Everywhere you turn, they want more money for normally included items.
The staff was excellent
Paying for both parking and wifi
Overrated downtown Phoenix socks nothing to do 2 bars within 1 mile of hotel
Room not acceptable for Hyatt. 3 bags of trash in dresser, urine in toilet, burned out light bulb, curtains and sheers for windows both unhooked preventing proper closure. Terrible housekeeping
The close proximity to our event location (3 blocks).
The (non-smoking room) reeked of cigarettes. It was too late to change rooms after our concert (we should have just checked out and gone home). At check out I informed the staff and they were rude. This place needs to work on service recovery!
no water in room for the last 24 hours and management did nothing to make it right
A room without bedbugs and trash. The housekeeper Lourdes was and should be the manager; she had a hospitable and warm personality; the people cleaning in general were the ones that seemed should be running the place.
They put me in a room that wreaked of smoke, then changed me to a room w/ bedbugs, trash in the drawers, and trash under the bed. Finally they put me in a room that was fine. The front desk seemed dim.
Tv was old analog extra charges f2f or WiFi really.
The staff was very helpful and courteous.
It was way overpriced for what we got. The room was teeny for a suite, I could have paid less than $--- and gotten the same thing somewhere else. The view was bad. And for what I spent, I couldn't believe they wouldn't even give me free Internet.
Great lobby and public spaces. The revolving restaurant, Compass, was beautiful.
Our room was drab and dreary. A chair at the desk but that was all. No comfy chair for reading, etc. looked like a Motel 6 room
the mapped area was too spread out. I had to travel farther than I wanted from this location.
very dated rooms 1975ish
bathroom was dirty, hair on ceiling
Did not like the fact that we inquired for free parking and free WiFi ..then when we arrived at hotel we were told it would be 25 for valet parking and hourly and 12 for parking overnight in the garage next door.
Room space, right in downtown
Pool was dirty and small, bathroom was way too small and dark, blackout curtains
It works for us every year we attend a conference at the Phoenix Convention Center.
The hotel was unwilling to change our check-in date as we accidentally selected the wrong night when we booked our hotel so we ended up having to buy our room twice.
