nice facility, fairly quiet info put into both categories on purpose originally placed in a handicapped room (we have no disabilities) that was worn and did not look clean. decided to ask housekeeping to come clean- they moved us instead. originally placed in a handicapped room (we have no disabilities) that was worn and did not look clean. decided to ask housekeeping to come clean- they moved us instead.
The Bed and the TV were great. B'Fest was OK but they need better coffee, (Dark Roast)
The room was very clean and bigger than expected. The noise from the highway was constant but it does sit on Hwy. 287 which is the main highway between Amarillo and D/FW.
Rude customer service from the hotel manager, was charged 9$ for a hand towel BEFORE CHECKOUT! none of the appliances in the hotel work and when i asked if they could bring me working items, it was a no you can go to the breakfast room which is on the end
I was very impressed with this motel. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Quiet area of town.
very friendly staff are courteous I'm very helpful everything was just fine on nothing in particular that we didn't like
Price was good for area, room was better than expected, large, clean, good amenities. Big thing was poor internet. It came and went through my stay and in morning it was out completely. Pool was very small and made smaller by being overcrowded with plastic chairs. Hot tub jets don't really work.
Price, location Nothing
Ya know? This is an old Super 8 in a small town, on the HWY. Expectations weren't that high. We were pleasantly surprised. The rooms, while dated, were very clean. The LCD TV was HUGE compared to what you find in similar places. 42' or 46.'
Even had I paid alot more for this room...I would have given the same ratings...I was really happy that it was away from the main freeway just enough to be nice and quiet. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. Nice clean room! Not really...there was some chipping off the walkway in front of our room that needed repair but that did not deter from our visit being great. We arrived very late and they took very good care of us.
Throat was large and surprisingly they had direct tv
Cost, friendly staff. Since the doors open outside to the parking lot it was loud. Tile in the bathroom was dirty.
The price and the breakfast. TV was hard to use. Direct TV .
Bed was hardest thing I've ever tried to sleep on. Shower dripped all night. TV barely worked. Overall poor quality.
Days Inn in Childress was a great quick stop to break up our travel. It was clean and efficient. The breakfast was not very appetizing.
Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. All very good.
Very friendly manager and very clean, comfortable room.
The lady that checked me in was very friendly and check in and out was quick and easy. AC could have been better.
Available at last minute. Clean bed for a few hours sleep. Older hotel, it was adequate for few hours sleep.
There was absolutely nothing good about my stay at this hotel. First, I asked for a non-smoking room. The room smelled horrible. I got sick from 30 minutes of being in the room. The comforter had blood stains and cigarette burn holes in it. We ended up leaving and getting a room at the Holiday Inn.
The water pressure is awesome and the bed was so comfortable
paint peeling off walls, mold. no internet connection
Cockroaches, garbage behind the mini fridge and asked for a later checkout the lady had a snotty attitude about it
it gave me just what I was looking for...
Location is great. I found private hairs in the disposable cup area and on the toilet seat. There was a yellow spot on the bed sheet.
Great location right on the main highway and close to restaurants and a 24- hour Walmart. The microwave was dirty and had not been cleaned. The bedspread could have been cleaner. The cinder block wall at the rear of the room was very dusty. There was not a hair dryer in the room.
Very kind and gracious staff. Great location!
I travel a lot...I stay there when I can.....The front desk person is always wonderful....She is from the Navajo Nation and we always talk about the WWII Navajo code program to fool the enemies of the US by using the Navajo language as an unbreakable secret code.......very wonderful!
