Ballsbridge Hotel

Nice hotel in a quiet residential area.

No heat in room - system was not working during our 24 hour stay.

very close to city centre, and very reasonable prices

the food was terrible

I stayed here with my wife and daughter the night before the Ireland / Argentina rugby international. We booked last minute and got a family room and they looked after us for a baby sitter. The place was busy and had a nice buzz to it. There was always a taxi outside and good on site parking. Breakfast was potentially chaos the next morning but the staff did a great job getting everyone through. Great value for money. Bar was busy but well staffed.

It isn't the prettiest of hotels but given the location and value for money, I am not complaining.

Hotel staff are extremely helpful. For us the location of the hotel is most pleasing as it is near the city centre for shopping, theatre and such facilities and amenities

I do not like the additional charges for example €10.50 per night car parking, charges for internet , this in my view distorts the real charge

Very slow albeit friendly service in "The Dubliner Bar"

The staff were friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable.

I stayed in the towers and felt that some parts of the room were a little run-down (the shower curtain for example). It was also a little errir walking from the lobby to the tower rooms. So many parts of the hotel are un-used and unlit.
