Points positifs : They re easy going when I requested a change of vehicle on 1st day. 2 pick up experience are good. They worked fast. No long wait. Drop off airport was painful. Hard to find Enterprise entrance!
Points négatifs : I didn’t get correct receipt or rent contract. I didn’t hv any paper 1st day as they said they would email me. But no email received. I requested paper 2nd day. They gave me one but vehicle info wasn’t right. I told them the incorrect info n asked question about payable by email. No reply. After returned car 4 days, I still hv no email no receipt. I still don’t know what payable. Doc needs improvement.

Under 25 drivers steer clear
Points positifs : Kayak made it seem easy, and booking was fast. I like that I didn't have to pay upfront.
Points négatifs : I wasn't able to rent a car at all because Kayak all the small print and so I didn't show up to the dealership with the proper paperwork for under 25 driver. The person st enterprise was very kind but couldn't rent me a car so I went elsewhere. I won't be using kayak again for a while.
Points positifs : Great service. Got a shocking phone call when I found out all the cars returned were damaged and I didn't have a rental. But Fasid called me back a short time later and managed to find me a car. Great service. will be back again for site. And the weekend service being opened is a HUGE +.

expensive with car problems
Points négatifs : was 800 km from home. car ran fine for 95% of the time. drove to the grocery store in the city i was visiting and then the car wouldn't start. ended up having to pay $70 for them to bring a new car to me. the bill was already at $290, so i had a total of $360 for a 4 day trip. not sure if this was standard in the business to charge extra for problems that the customer didn't cause. i think my car rental days are over.

Points positifs : The vehicle was great and reasonably priced, but most importantly the staff at the Waterloo location was great!
Points négatifs : That branch is understaffed. It was busy when I went in for pick up and drop off. I had to wait for at least 15 minutes before I could be served. It is not the staff's fault. They were working hard. But that branch is busy and needs to hire more employees. The staff were very friendly and courteous.
Impressive service from a car rental company
Points positifs : I recommend this particular Enterprise site in Waterloo on Weber St. Surprisingly very professional service and courteous staff (even the staff that wasn't directly serving me) which was a nice change from most of my experiences with other major car rental companies. Staff were engaging, efficient and polite. I would go back based on the service alone. Site was generous enough to let me off on a 30' late return too!

Points positifs : Ils sont très faciles quand j'ai demandé un changement de véhicule le premier jour. 2 l'expérience de prise en charge est bonne. Ils ont travaillé rapidement. Pas d'attente longue. Le dépôt à l'aéroport était douloureux. Difficile de trouver l'entrée Enterprise !
Points négatifs : Je n'ai pas reçu correctement ou j'ai obtenu le contrat de location. Je n'ai pas hv de papier premier jour comme ils m'ont dit qu'ils m'enverraient un courriel. Mais aucun e-mail reçu. J'ai demandé du papier le 2ème jour. Ils m'en ont donné un mais les informations sur le véhicule n'étaient pas correctes. Je leur ai dit que les informations incorrectes n ont posé des questions sur les payables par e-mail. Pas de réponse. Après avoir retourné la voiture 4 jours, je n'ai toujours hv aucun email aucun reçu. Je ne sais toujours pas ce qui est payable. Le document doit être amélioré.
