The day before i was scheduled to leave, i was thinking about leaving early. So i asked the person at the front desk, if i check out tomorrow, can i get a refund for the last night i am not staying. To which he said yes. And the next day, come to find out he didn't understand what i was asking, but didn't bother to tell me that. Just said yes. Then the hotel manager refused to give me a credit for the last day. Stating the policy is 24 hours - when i gave like 20 hours. The beds were uncomfortable to say the least. Very, very firm. Like in Asia. It was a clean room, but the rest of the hotel - iffy. There was nothing but a restaurant. Literally. Also when I checked in, I asked to shorten my stay from 5 days to 4 days. They said yes, and that i would get an email from the website i booked with, saying i was only staying 1 day, but they had me down as 4. Which was all in an attempt to cheat the booking website out of their fair share. overall, i would recommend most other 3 star hotels over this one any day.
