Points positifs: Very clean and nice rooms. Light but great breakfast. Helpful owners. Good value for money.
Points négatifs: Nothing really to complain about. Maybe would only mention that almost all TV channels are German and would be nice to have more international selection for non-German speakers. Also mind that the hotel is located in the center it can be a bit noisy at times in the evenings but pretty quiet at night.

Points positifs: Everything was truly wonderful - a dream holiday. It is immaculately clean, the rooms are so well equipped, amazing pool area, terrace, garden and perfect location next to some of the most beautiful beaches we've ever seen. Right there Mondragó Natural Park is fantastic (we even saw a little turtle on the way to the beach!) and was great for morning runs. The restaurant is one of the best we have ever been to - exceptional food with organic products. Absolutely delightful hosts and staff - who have thought of everything and a little bit more and we can't thank them enough for their outstanding hospitality and kindness!

Points positifs: Le concept est génial, tout (ou presque) est fait maison!. Le lieu est juste magnifique avec un accueille personnalisé et chaleureux. Les équipements sont irréprochables, et les calas sont à 10mins à pieds. C’est de loin mon coup de cœur lors de notre séjour à Majorque.

Points positifs: The hotel is in a beautiful location and very peaceful. The room [12] was very nice. The pool was very clean and great to lounge in. The grounds are well maintained. It's a short walk to some lovely beaches and the natural park that you can walk in. It's only a couple of kilometres to Porto Petro for restaurants. The staff are very friendly. Breakfasts are very good. The paella night on a Thursday was great.

Points positifs: On se sent seul au monde dans cette partie de l'ile pourtant très touristique. Il règne calme et sérénité et la piscine est merveilleuse. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment parfait, avec des produits variés et tous faits maison (charcuterie, yaourts, confitures et gâteaux). L'hôtel est situé à 10 minutes à pieds de la très prisée plage de Mandragor.
Points négatifs: Le restaurant sert une cuisine de qualité mais le service est vraiment trop long...

Points positifs: This place is super perfect, everything about it is just amazing, the setting, great breakfast, quiet and peaceful surroundings. The place is owned and managed by a lovely couple & they are completely hands on. Everything at the breakfast is home made and fabulous. Great for Vegan / Vegetarians / Muslims as well. Rooms are nice size and views from room is amazing. If you looking to get away from hectic city life, this is a perfect home away from home environment. Mondraco beach is a 5 minute walk away and the town Porto Pedro is a 15 minute brisk walk away. This place is absolutely perfect and very peaceful and the owners are wonderful hosts.
Points négatifs: Nothing not to like about this place. If you dont book dinner you have to take taxi into town or alternatively have dinner on the beach which is also great.

Points positifs: The hotel and facilities are pretty consistent with western standards and having easy access to Cala Esmeralda (the private beach for the Inturotel guests) was really nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent, lots of variety and changed daily. Lots of drinks on offer (including sparkling wine if you’re keen on a mimosa!)
Points négatifs: Unfortunately the hotel didn’t really exceed the western standards and considering the price point I was disappointed in my stay. For example, despite being an adults only hotel, it’s sister hotels (family oriented) are right next door and share the private beach which wasn’t made clear in the marketing. The hotel room was alright, but smelt like bleach very strongly. The food (I had half board so breakfast and dinner) was very good, but it was frustrating to not have any water offered at dinner. I know it’s common to pay for water in Spain it is frustrating to have to pay for water when at an included buffet? In summary it’s a nice hotel but for the price point there are smaller, cheaper hotels in the area which offer similar, if not more authentic experiences.

Points positifs: The property was well situated and had a nice swimming area across the road.. the staff were excellent and everything was always very clean. The buffet breakfast was great and the evening buffet was good but after four nights we were ready for something else... if we had been staying longer we would have eaten out a couple of times
Points négatifs: The rooms out to the pool area are very loud in the evening as the bar and garden are obviously very busy till late at night. If you like to sleep with the window open it’s not great. We were able to change rooms after the first night to a room at the front of the hotel which was quite and suited or needs.. the hotel staff were very helpful in moving us.

Points positifs: This Finca is a special alternative to a hotel stay. The owners/staff are so lovely. The breakfasts were delicious. The grounds are really beautiful. I expect you would need a car to stay here. It was a few miles into a town. We had fun exploring different beaches every day. Santyani had a nice market (I believe on Wed/Sat) and we enjoyed dinner overlooking the harbor in Cala d'Or as well. This is a quiet location - if that is what you want on your vacation, I recommend a visit. There are many spots catering to UK/German tourists so you may need to dig harder if you are looking for authentic Spanish cuisine (the hotel offered dinner one night when we were staying & it was really good).

Points positifs: Superbe finca, très bien entretenue avec des fleurs, des citronniers, un superbe jardin où les grands hébergements sont un peu disséminées dans la nature. Piscine couverte et chauffée que l'on a pu apprécier malgré un temps moyen. La valeur ajoutée est l'accueil très chaleureux d'Antonietta, la propriétaire, aux petits soins avec ses clients et qui parle parfaitement le Français dans une ile qui ne le parle pas beaucoup. Les petits déjeuners sont délicieux, copieux, avec des plats majorquins sucrés et salés, très bien présentés qui nous permettaient de tenir jusqu'au repas du soir (Merci Adrian). Très bon repas du soir également à la demande. Nous recommandons vivement cette finca hôtel.

Points positifs: c est le deuxième séjour dans cette finca tant nous avions apprecie le premier : un magnifique environnement fleuri et calme, des chambres spacieuses et agreables avec je crois presque toutes un espace exterieur privatif avec transat, un accueil top sympathique d Antonieta et de son gendre Adrian qui prepare de succulents et varies petit déjeuners ( avec un gateau different chaque matin). une piscine chauffee aux inter saisons , des poules' des animaux .... de la finca on peut visiter toutes les cala du sud de l ile a quelques kms de la ... Bref le seul regret est d en repartir .... tant on se sent si bien accueilli et presque comme dans une maison de famille

Points positifs: We enjoyed each and every minute we spent there! After receiving a very kind welcome from Lena, she showed us around the property and led us to our appartment. All of them are a little bit separated from the others. The guests can have a rest without seeing each other. Around and among the mediterran style buildings there is a garden which is full of lemon trees and lots of beautiful flowers and bushes. We began the day with a various, tasty breakfast made and served by Adrian. Every morning a new style of omlet and a different cake were served up! Adrian even found some time to have a chat with us. We could also talk to Antonieta, who is the owner of the place and gave us a lot of useful information about the island. One evening Lena and Adrian made and served an authentic delicious 4 course Spanish dinner for us. Dear Antonieta, Lena and Adrian, we thank you very much again for this unforgettable vacation. Muchas gracias!!!

Points positifs: This beautiful and peaceful location exceeded all expectations. We stayed in a pool view suite which was spacious and cool with aircon and fan. The bed was huge! The rooms are far prettier and more airy than they appear on the website. Everywhere was very clean and well maintained. Outside, there was a lovely large well kept pool which we mostly had to ourselves, as there are only about 9 rooms in total. the mature gardens were full of flowers, with chickens rustling around, which was great as they ate all the insects! First holiday without a single mosquito bite! The owners, Antoinette and her family were welcoming and friendly, couldn’t do enough for you, while maintaining a discreet distance, ensuring a peaceful, restive stay. Finally, the food! Adrian prepared a fresh breakfast which was different every day, a huge array including freshly baked cakes and pastries. Three course dinner is cooked about three times a week, and we enjoyed sea bass, tender steak, padron peppers..to name but a few, and all delicious. Local coves were beautiful, and we loved Cala Figuera about 10 minutes drive, for dinner overlooking a beautiful view. We were very sad to say goodbye not only to Son Marimon, but also the lovely people who make things happen, and so happily.. not forgetting the lovely Bella of course. We will be back as soon as we can.

Le vilain insecte qui s’est introduit dans ma chaussure et y a fini en bouillie sur ma chaussette mais dont nous avons rigolé avec humour Les enfants qui plongent dans le jacuzzi sur vos jambes fragiles et qui aspergent vos lunettes hors de prix sans que les parents ne fassent rien Et comment se faire masser le dos avec la chute d’eau dans la piscine si on n’a pas son fond..? Pas trouvé comment...

Points positifs: This was our second visit to Cal Reiet and unbelievably our stay was even more enjoyable second time round. We stayed in the attic room which is perfect for couples, has amazing 360 degree views and feels very private due it to being at the top of the villa. The staff are phenomenal and really assist with any needs or questions one has, this really adds to the amazing relaxed atmosphere at Cal Reiet. The Villa, gardens and swimming pool are all exceptional and help to unwind in a serene setting. For not being a vegan or vegetarian I can still really appreciate the quality and variety of the food on offer and the breakfasts are just so enjoyable and relaxing. Just an amazing all round experience, this is the place to go when you need to get away from the craze of everyday life and just relax!

Points négatifs: Grand hôtel avec zones piscines et plage manquant de place. Transats les uns sur les autres. Chambre côté rue dans le bâtiment 2 face aux cuisines d' un autre hôtel. Relativement bruyant et odeurs... Cela reste correct. Dommage que la crique soit publique car bcp de monde. Humidité de la salle de bain, fuite sous le lavabo.

Points positifs: Tout, le personnel très accueillant, des le départ il nous ont montrer tout les équipements, vélo et Rosalie gratuit à disposition à moins de 2 kilomètres du centre de cala d'or, la piscine chaude avec son magnifique jardin et transat en intimité, emplacement parfait loin de la foule touristique, seulement quelques chambres dans cette hôtel (juste 6 familles avec nous à cet période début septembre que l'on voit seulement au petit déjeuner globalement). Celui ci est très varier, très complet (fruits Yaourt œufs charcuterie fromage crêpe jus de fruit eau gazeuse café etc...) servit au bord de la piscine. Dans notre chambre superbe literie confortable, grande terrasse avec frigo très apprécié, transats et superbe vue sur la piscine. A disposition panier de plage avec serviettes et parasol, serviettes de piscine , peignoir, panier de pique nique avec assiette assaisonnement couvert. Au bord de la piscine se trouve un petit bar ou l'on a tout à disposition à moindre prix (bière, soft) et une table avec café the gâteau eau gratuitement. Accueillit avec une bouteille de vin blanc et cadeau de remerciement pour notre départ.

I smell some mildew/mould there because what wrote before. Staff was great and always ready to hear customer. Shops and some restaurants near. We rent car and always found parking space. (End of november)Couple streets just for hotel customer cars. Breakfast was exellent. Quite basic gym, not so many equipment.

Points positifs: L’endroit parfait pour des vacances parfaites. Un grand hôtel, des appartements équipés juste comme il faut. Ménage fait chaque jour, lits refaits. Je ne peux que recommander la formule en demi-pension. Le petit déjeuner est gargantuesque et chaque y trouvera son bonheur. Légumes, fruits, viande, charcuteries, œufs. Impossible d’avoir faim le midi. Pareil le soir. Des dîners complets, buffets de crudités, plats chauds, froid, chaque soir l’hôtel ajoute une nouveauté... plats de Majorque, fontaine de chocolat... Seules les boissons sont à payer en supplément le soir, la bouteille d’eau est à 2euros 40. Il y’a une supérette en face de l’hôtel pour un appoint ou un apéro... L’hôtel est situé sur une superbe plages sûrement un peu petite en pleine saison, mais hors saison on y trouve ses aises... Nombreux poissons à voir. Cette plage est surplombée par une grande terrasse où se trouvent deux piscines et des transats en libre accès. Il y a une piscine chauffée et couverte et également une piscine réservée aux adultes. Vous trouverez aussi salle de sport, salle de jeux vidéos, bar... Le personnel parle plusieurs langues. A titre personne, moi et mes enfants avons passé d’extraordinaires vacances ici et nous reviendrons

Piscine et terrasse surplombant la crique très agréables. Buffets riches, frais et variés, faisant la part belle aux spécialités locales. Animations du soir (shows) variés et de qualité. Coin jeux et lecture à coté de la réception très appréciée de nos enfants.
Points négatifs: L'accès depuis Palma est plus long que lorsqu'on va au nord de l'Ile (près de 2 heures). Mais comme il s'agit d'une des zones de Majorque les plus préservées, c'est normal et peu dérangeant. La plage n'étant pas très grande, je ne recommanderais pas ce lieu en pleine saison d'été.

Points négatifs: The volleyball court is in very bad condition, players can hurt themselves. There is not enough sand, no permanent net and it takes 30 min. to install the equipment. Also there is no fence on one side of the court and players have to run after the ball down the road with traffic. It wouldn't be big investment to have proper place for volleyball and we would defenetely come next time with bigger group of friends.

Points positifs: Inturotel resort is based in a beautiful area on the east coast of Majorca. Its a really nice family friendly resort and we were overall happy with our stay in the well kept hotel. Breakfast was a bit hit for the children (fresh coffee would have been a bonus). There was so much to choose from and it was all delicious. The kids club provided great Halloween activities for the week and our children throughly enjoyed them. Staff on the resort are super friendly and helpful. The highlight of our visit was the picture perfect beach based in the 'Esmeralda' building. Its was beautiful and clean (not sure if that would be the case in pre-season).
Points négatifs: Sofa beds were uncomfortable. Apartment wasn't clean enough for my liking and needs updating and decorating. Apartment smelt a bit damp/mouldy. We unfortunately had really noisy neighbours and could hear the heavy apartment doors slamming constantly (doors should have a quiet closing mechanism). No fresh coffee or real fresh juice for breakfast.

Points négatifs: Les lits des enfants n'étaient pas faits à notre arrivée. Nous avons demandé à ce qu'ils soient fait et, finalement, ils ne l'ont été qu'à moitié. Un manque de service un peu dommageable d'autant que nous n'avons séjourné qu'une seule nuit. L'accueil de la réception était basique et nous avons dû faire le tour du bâtiment pour trouver l'ascenseur ( nous avons finalement pris l'escalier ! ).

Points positifs: We liked the location. The main road was a very short walk and hidden from view. Very little if any road noise in the day or night. Not overlooked. Just the right size complex that meant nothing was overcrowded including the pool. Staff members great and very helpful.

Par contre la langue , le personnel et les résidents sont très majoritairement Allemands ! nous étions probablement le seul couple de français parmi les 300 résidents !! .. on entend parler Allemand partout , on s'adresse à vous en Allemand partout ( avec le tutoiement d'usage .. ) , les documents de chambre sont en Allemand , impossible de communiquer en Français ou en Anglais bref hôtel parfait si vous recherchez un "club med Allemand " et si vous parlez Allemand comme nous par chance ! Pension complète au top pour le petit déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner ( par contre difficile de trouver une table seulement pour 2 dans les salles à manger si vous êtes en amoureux )

I would call it a tree hole or a dungeon, reference should be given before booking. And no complain is accepted by the receptionist, otherwise she will tell you not to ‘make it difficult’! And you’ll get the dislike look all day every time when you pass the reception!

Points négatifs: Not a lot. The door lock to our room was faulty but was replaced. Some lighting would be appreciated in the kitchenette area of the apartment. Bathroom was looking a little tired - needs a refurb soon.

L'accès au restaurant se fait à pieds (5minutes). Le parking est également éloigné. Les chambres dans un environnement bruyant (nous avions une chambre voisine avec l'espace de travail du personnel de ménage à pied d'oeuvre à 6:30 sont équipées d'une cuisinette et d'un frigo, mais le ménage (lits) n'est pas fait quotidiennement. Enfin la piscine de l'hotel est fermée à 18:00 !!! Comment est-ce possible ??

Points positifs: Le personnel est au petit soin du matin au soir. Il n'y a rien à dire sur la propreté de la chambre. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et agréable. Nous avons eu l'occasion de prendre un repas où nous nous sommes régalés.m.

Points positifs: - Staff. I loved how it’s a family business and it felt like staying at someone’s house. People were very helpful and flexible. Because I needed to catch an early flight on my last day, I had to skip breakfast. The lady gave me a couple of fruits to take with me the night before, which I really appreciated. - I loved the outside seating areas and the pool. The day I arrived it was so hot and being able to cool down in the pool was awesomely relaxing. - Breakfast: Everything tasted so good - fresh bread, fresh fruits, ham and cheese, espresso.. Being able to have my breakfast under a beautiful bougainvillea tree was a great way to start my day. - Dinner: On my first day I made a mistake of going to one of the tourist places by the water. After that, I had a couple of dinners at Villa Lorenzo and I really enjoyed them. Each time I had one of the local dishes and it was fantastic. Prices were very reasonable, too. - The room: The room was spacious and super clean, and had everything I needed. The balcony even had a laundry line to hang dry your wet swimsuits and towels.

Points positifs: What surprised me: Cala Figuera is very beatiful small town, really nice. Hospitality of Coloma was exceptional, so sweet person. I really felt like home, I could talk, ask, and felt that she really wants my stay to make nice. That is hard to get in any 5 star hotel. Everything was clean. Room was small but for few days good enough.

It is immaculately clean, the rooms are so well equipped, amazing pool area, terrace, garden and perfect location next to some of the most beautiful beaches we've ever seen. Right there Mondragó Natural Park is fantastic (we even saw a little turtle on the way to the beach!) and was great for morning runs. The restaurant is one of the best we have ever been to - exceptional food with organic products. Absolutely delightful hosts and staff - who have thought of everything and a little bit more and we can't thank them enough for their outstanding hospitality and kindness!

It's a short walk to some lovely beaches and the natural park that you can walk in. It's only a couple of kilometres to Porto Petro for restaurants. The staff are very friendly. Breakfasts are very good. The paella night on a Thursday was great.

Points positifs: On se sent seul au monde dans cette partie de l'ile pourtant très touristique. Il règne calme et sérénité et la piscine est merveilleuse. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment parfait, avec des produits variés et tous faits maison (charcuterie, yaourts, confitures et gâteaux). L'hôtel est situé à 10 minutes à pieds de la très prisée plage de Mandragor.

Points positifs: This place is super perfect, everything about it is just amazing, the setting, great breakfast, quiet and peaceful surroundings. The place is owned and managed by a lovely couple & they are completely hands on. Everything at the breakfast is home made and fabulous. Great for Vegan / Vegetarians / Muslims as well. Rooms are nice size and views from room is amazing. If you looking to get away from hectic city life, this is a perfect home away from home environment. Mondraco beach is a 5 minute walk away and the town Porto Pedro is a 15 minute brisk walk away. This place is absolutely perfect and very peaceful and the owners are wonderful hosts.
Points négatifs: Nothing not to like about this place. If you dont book dinner you have to take taxi into town or alternatively have dinner on the beach which is also great.

Points positifs: The hotel and facilities are pretty consistent with western standards and having easy access to Cala Esmeralda (the private beach for the Inturotel guests) was really nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent, lots of variety and changed daily. Lots of drinks on offer (including sparkling wine if you’re keen on a mimosa!)
Points négatifs: Unfortunately the hotel didn’t really exceed the western standards and considering the price point I was disappointed in my stay. For example, despite being an adults only hotel, it’s sister hotels (family oriented) are right next door and share the private beach which wasn’t made clear in the marketing. The hotel room was alright, but smelt like bleach very strongly. The food (I had half board so breakfast and dinner) was very good, but it was frustrating to not have any water offered at dinner. I know it’s common to pay for water in Spain it is frustrating to have to pay for water when at an included buffet? In summary it’s a nice hotel but for the price point there are smaller, cheaper hotels in the area which offer similar, if not more authentic experiences.

Points positifs: The property was well situated and had a nice swimming area across the road.. the staff were excellent and everything was always very clean. The buffet breakfast was great and the evening buffet was good but after four nights we were ready for something else... if we had been staying longer we would have eaten out a couple of times
Points négatifs: The rooms out to the pool area are very loud in the evening as the bar and garden are obviously very busy till late at night. If you like to sleep with the window open it’s not great. We were able to change rooms after the first night to a room at the front of the hotel which was quite and suited or needs.. the hotel staff were very helpful in moving us.

Points positifs: The best family holiday ever. Very- very clean, and very well organised. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Nice shops around, supermarket in 2 mins walk. Nice and clean big pool, nice beaches. You can find everything in the accommodation. Ironer, hairdryer, Washing machine,kitchen is well-equipped too. View is amazing from the balcony, which is huge. It wasn’t noisy at all.

Points positifs: This accommodation is not in Cala d’Or itself but around 40 minutes’ walk from central Cala d’Or in Cala Egos. Cala Egos is a purpose built, rather characterless resort with all inclusive hotels and a small area of shops and restaurants. The location of the accommodation within Cala Egos is excellent, close to all amenities but far enough away to be quiet. We had a one bed roomed apartment on the second floor with a huge terrace. Patio doors from the lounge and bedroom open onto this, there is a table and chairs, large airer and space for sunbeds. The apartments has been refurbished with solid wooden furniture and refitted kitchen and bathroom. The lounge has a flat screen TV with only a couple of English channels, hi-fi, bed settee, coffee tables and dining table and chairs. The separate kitchen is very well equipped with four ring ceramic hob, full oven, fridge freezer, microwave, very useful washing machine and adequate cooking equipment. There is also an ironing board and iron. The bathroom has a bath with shower over and a sliding door behind which are the toilet and bidet. Towels are large and fluffy, plenty of them. There was always plenty of hot water. Toiletries are provided in addition to washing up stuff in the kitchen. The bedroom is large with a double bed, fitted wardrobes but as usual not enough hangers! The grounds have a a pleasant swimming pool, crazy golf, pool bar serving drinks and snacks, which in October was only open during the day. The complex is fairly quiet, most sit on their balconies or around the pool with families. The pool bar is pleasant with an interesting selection of not too loud music. Guests are international; mostly UK with some French, German, Russian/Eastern European. In the main building is a small gym and a couple of hot tubs free of use.
Points négatifs: On arrival we found glass on the floor in the wc and the ironing board broken but these issues were quickly sorted by reception. Cleaning is every three days with change of linen. We would come back but would like to see more cleaning/sweeping of paths, floors, corridors etc.

Points positifs: La gentillesse ,serviabilité et professionnalisme du personnel.l'emplacement et l'accès à la plage sont exeptionnels. Les repas et la propreté ont été parfaits.
Points négatifs: Il faudrait sécuriser davantage l'entrée de l'hôtel par la plage afin d'éviter l'intrusion de personne non clientes qui profitent des douches et des WC.

Points négatifs: Beds and pillows are very uncomfortable, like sleeping on concrete. Cleaning staff would come in the rooms regardless of the do not disturb sign. Hotel is in serious need of an upgrade, a dubious 4*

Points positifs: Très bel hôtel avec un superbe cadre, l'emplacement est aussi parfait pour accéder a tous les commerces et restaurants Ce que j'ai particulièrement appréciée est également le fait que ce ne soit pas un gros complexe, nous n'avions pas l'impression d'être les uns sur les autres Belle piscine et pas surchargée de monde Les restaurants de l'hôtel sont bien Personnel agréable Nous reviendrons a coup sûr !
Points négatifs: Quelques petits points d'amélioration : Les serviettes étaient un peu vieilles ce qui donnait l'impression qu'elles n'étaient pas super propres Wifi très faible Un peu déçue qu'il n'y ait pas de tortilla au petit déjeuner et très peu de choix pour l'omelette : uniquement fromage et jambon Manque un peu de rangements dans la salle de bains

Points positifs: The staff were really friendly and easy going. Everything was beautifully decorated, the pool was clean and the beach stunning. The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had.
Points négatifs: We were missing a light at the patio. Other than that we didn’t dislike anything.

Points positifs: Hôtel situé en bord de mer (plage bondée au mois d'août) village touristique mais pas de gros complexes touristiques Petits déjeuners variés pour tous les goûts Chambre agréable bien équipée (petite terrasse vue mer et bien ensoleillée chambre 032 ) pas le cas pour tout l'hôtel car l'hôtel est vite à l'ombre ainsi que la piscine salle de sport, cours de yoga et pilates Bar Echo beach très sympa avec animation musicale le soir
Points négatifs: Piscine à l'ombre Manque un peu d'amimation, propose des cours de yoga et pilates mais c'est assez limité
