The room and bathroom seemed to have just been remodeled with new shower and sink. The carpet also seemed new. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was the usual fare (biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, toast, yogurt, coffee) served at lower priced hotels/motels but adequate. The room lighting was inadequate. It was late when we checked in and when I opened the door and flipped the light switch no light came on. I then tried to find a light to turn on but then was none close at all. I had to open the door wide to allow enough light in the room to see which I really didn't want to do since there were people right outside my door (checking into another room). There is a seating area with a desk, sofa and coffee table and I had to maneuver past that in the dark to reach a small lamp on the nightstand. There were only two small lamps for a large space and the lightbulb was dim. You could not sit in the living area and read or work at the desk. They need a desk lamp and floor lamp next to the sofa that come on when you flip the switch upon entering the room.
The sink, shower area had a door to shut it off from the bedroom, this made it nice if one of us needed to use the room in the middle of the night. Quick check in. I also liked the computer/printer available to print out our boarding passes. The first room they sent us to had not been cleaned. Sheets and towels on floor. They did immediately get us a different room. We stayed Thurs-Sunday. They cleaned the room on Friday, but not Saturday. It wasn't so much a big deal but we just didn't know why they skipped Sat. The shower was a little difficult to maintain a consistent temperature. The shower/thrown room was small and if you had the floor towel down for the shower, you could not open the door without hitting the towel. Though the bed was comfortable it had 5 small pillows instead of 2 King size pillows. The 5 small ones were much smaller than 2 king size.
