Points positifs : "Crew was super nice and the food was good (for plane food)! Really appreciated that they had snacks and chocolate on hand for hungry passengers throughout the flight. A 17 hour plane ride is never the best, but Singapore Air made it as pleasant as possible. Also, we booked on Kayak and was routed through a third party vendor JustFly, which I was a little worried about - but our booking went off without a hitch."

This meant that after clearing this security process at the gate, bathrooms were not available until after boarding the flight and drinking water stations were not easily found in the secure boarding area. The aircraft was comfortable, menus were distributed early so that meal options could be made with full information in advance. The food was good and made available at routine intervals."

J’ai demandé plusieur fois qu’on m’aide avec mon bébé car je n’avais pas acheté les sièges avec couffin à l’avance mais personne n’a pu m’aider du coup 11h de vol avec le bébé sur les genoux

J’ai eu trop d’informations différentes du personnel de Turkish Airlines concernant les sièges équipés de couffin pour les Bébés donc finalement nous n’avons pas pu en obtenir un

Short layover would have been better.

The flight didn’t take off on time and was late an hour. Upon landing at our destination we had to wait on board for another half hour. With two small children in tow, a huge inconvenience and totally not worth the extra money paid for a direct flight.

Long drawn out boarding process with multiple delays and unnecessary security checks. No priority for business class passengers. Poor food for business class my remote stopped working mid flight and the attendant suggested I deal with it for the remainder of the flight even though they’re were multiple empty seats in the cabin. Flight crew barely spoke English which shouldn’t happen on a international flight. Overall mediocre for the money I spent. I will stick to Qatar Airways from now on for my travel needs.

The person in front of me had Only one leg to stand on and was using crutches to climb the stairs This was like a survival of the fittest test and a horrible Experience. There was already a group forming a line at zone 4 for a good 15mins and another group created another line just 5mins before boarding and the 1st group had to re-queue. A few of us voiced out to the floor crew but they did nothing. Earphones. Could be supplied first since the flight is suffisent for a movie.

Overall a pleasant flight.

The bathroom wasn’t super clean

Embarquement encore avec de retard, l'équipe de l'embarquement était tres désagréable. Obliger d'acheter un masque FFP2 ceux qui n'était pas le cas pour le vols d'arriver.

Manque une plus grande diversité des films

Aucune empathie du personnel d embarquement. J ai manque ma correspondance ferroviaire a la destination finale ma valise ayant ete mise en soute de force (sans raison car il y avait largement la place). Ma valise (fragile) est toute rayee... merci air france. C est la derniere fois que je prends cette compagnie
