Points négatifs : The seats were so uncomfortable for such a long flight. And they was not enough space between rows. I felt like cattle. It was in humane. My legs were numb several times during flight. My chair would not recline properly. I’m exhausted. Won’t be booking aireuropa ever again.

Points négatifs : The airline canceled the original flight. They then rescheduled the flight to a date and time that I could not accept. I called and notified the travel agency and was first told I'd be refunded but then received another reschedule notice. That flight was also eventually canceled. The airline rescheduled me to another flight ( number 3 at this point) which I clearly told them, over there phone, twice, that I could not accept. I was told they would check with the airline to see if I could have a refund. I later received an email that said I would not get a refund for lack of communicating that I would not accept the rescheduled flight. Horrible horrible horrible experience. Worst travel related experience I've had with an airline and travel agency.

I called multiple times, but nobody could understand me due to their limited English, and refused to put in a note in my booking because were insisting on a letter from a psychiatric doctor, which is not applicable. As per the French Bee (an most airline) regulations - this is a requirement for ESA and not service animals, on top of the fact my disability is not psychiatric. Result was no comment put on my booking, but fortunately the staff at the airport were very helpful and understanding.

Points négatifs : Boarding in order, by the seat numbers. That’s the only thing y’all can improve on. It was my first time booking with Lufthansa, and I will definitely book with y’all again.

Points positifs : Awful food selection, small entertainment selection, none of the crew knew how to properly board the plane and left guests waiting in the aisle for over 45 minutes of standing for no reason and then yelled at the passengers that we were 'late' and that the standing passengers were causing the delay of the aircraft! The staff were VERY, VERY rude. I would do yourself a favor and NEVER fly Iberia!

Points négatifs : Seats were atrociously uncomfortable for a 6'1" man. Less than zero leg room due to ridiculously tight row spacing and non-reclining seatbacks. Had to attempt to cram in sideways - resulting in serious pain by the time the flight finally landed. Intercom system, especially from the captain, was painfully grating and loud. Boarding was extremely slow, in part because gate personnel made no effort whatsoever to police and enforce the four-group boarding process (premium - no carry-on - group A - group B). People boarded whenever they felt like it, many carrying on huge backpacks and multiple other pieces. Will definitely avoid TAP in future.

Points négatifs : There was no entertainment , no food for a 4 hour flight. The flight is more expensive than other airlines. I will not recommend or flight with them again. The flight was full and I think the route is profitable to them. I guess if you can exploit people, why not do it.
