They yell at you or just simply ignore you. No legroom. The crew did not mention that are flight was delayed prior or that we missed our connecting flight and what to do from there. I was given a hotel room during my layover but its in a scary neighborhood and it smells like sewage is nearby. The Grand Yavaz. The cheaper price is not worth the hassle. I can spend my good money elsewhere...i will be sure to warn others."

It took such a long time to get through that the people at the end of the line were late catching the plane. Now to actually boarding the plane. When you have a layover, that is an actual nightmare. Next, onto the layover. It was fine. Nothing bad happened on the flight itself. But here’s where it sucked. Everyone who flew from Paris to Lviv with a layover in Kiev lost their baggage. GREAT NEWS TO HEAR. I understand that this happens from time to time. But we were given hardly any answers as to when we would have our luggage back and we were all a part of a very important even where, oh I don’t know. Clothes would be nice to have. Anyway that’s it. Just a little chunk of our hellish travel day."

Points négatifs : "Overall I am disappoint with Ukraine Airlines. I will give you several reasons. First of all I'm a frequent traveller of Ukraine Airlines because I had a business in Ukraine. I have use your Airlines more than 10 times. I fly internationally frequently and I also use several other International Airlines. Compared to the Airlines I would rank Ukraine Airlines at the bottom. 1) I have never been on one Ukraine airlines that has the ability for a passenger to charge a cellphone or any other electronic device in the seating area oh the plane. Ukraine Airlines might be the only International Airline that does not have this. How can you not have this option for passengers in 2018 when you know people are using laptops and cell phones more than ever? This is unacceptable. 2) there are no television options on the headrest for passengers. Again, I do not know of any other International Airline that is not allow each passenger the ability to watch movies in front of their seats. The movie option for Ukraine Airlines is extremely outdated. 3) when taking the international flight from New York to Kiev, the food option is not good. It is only one Hot meal served. To give passengers a cold sandwich as a first option on an 8hr international flight is acceptable. It appears to me that Ukraine Airlines is 10 or 15 years outdated. I travel to Ukraine often and I do as much as I can to avoid your airline. Also whenever I'm talking to passengers in other airports and even passengers boarding Airlines we all talk the same about your airline. Most people are disappointed with your Airlines but have to use it because scheduling etc."

Also, there is a fee for printing boarding pass, which was also a surrise to me."

Points positifs : "Desk personnel who checked us in spoke Not One Single Word to us in any language. We were kept standing in line to board even though the plane was late."

People were not helped to stow carry ons and many should have been requested to check large carryon bags. They were out of beer even though beverages had just been loaded. Attendants could not clearly communicate the price of a beverage."

Points négatifs : "A week before my flight, the flight changed and I was emailed. It had me arriving in Istanbul 2 hours later. They essentially changed my flight to another flight. And then Pegasus Plus frequent flyer never recognizes my PNR number when I try to get credit for my flights. I have flown 6 segments with them and none of the flights are recognized. When I try to do live chat, it only accept Turkish language. I am very disappointed in this airline's pre and post flight services."

I was a little overweight and the girl at the counter was very rude, and eventually made me through away snacks I was keeping for the flight. Also, the weight limit is ridiculous if you're travelling for more than a weekend (I went on a 3 weeks trip with camping). On the flight itself there's nothing provided, even when I asked for water they charged me for it (no option for just a glass of water)."
