They wouldnt listen to my requests to change flights until it was too late. JFK airport put out a notice at 7:30PM stating that they woukd be closed until 7am the next morning. However, i recieved an email from EVA airlines AND Kayak around 9 PM stating that my flight was on time... the airport was closed!! Terrible organization... overall a really bad experience."

I was expecting to get restless and annoyed while on the plane, but it was easy to love around. The seats were comfortable, and the food was good. The airline staff was very nice and accomadating. So, because of there actions, I will most likely fly with them again."

These flights were flown in Coach. I have to say that China Air was remarkable in its service, cleanliness, on-time departure and arrival, and all around airline operation. The meals were decent, the entertainment was well rounded, the aircraft was clean, the seats were wider and had greater leg room, the flight attendants were responsive and trained, and the on ground support was very helpful. I don't have anything negative to say about China Air and I have crossed the Pacific on thief airline three times now."

Points négatifs : "If the crew needs more rest please give them enough turnaround and breaks. They all look tired and unhappy. That's something the company has to fix, not the consumer to bear. The guy next to me didn't put his bag in the overhead cabinet, so it kept poking me or lie on my feet the entire flight. I'm sure this is something the airline would be able to enforce for security reasons."

Points négatifs : "I didn't like how the flight felt too congested. Especially on a 13hr flight. There was no self checking in or online check-in available so I had to wait in a long line to check-in. The most negative part about this flight is the 10hr delay in Taiwan. Sleeping in the airport for 10hrs isn't easy and fun especially after a 13hr flight. Overall, not a good experience as I hoped it would be."
Points positifs : "The staff was friendly and helpful. The pilot was very impressive, I don't think I have ever had a smother landing! There were tons of movies to choose from. The food was decent, and there was lots of it."
Points négatifs : "The weight limit of 7kg for carry on bags is enforced. I have never had my carry on weighed before, but China Airlines does. My bag was twice the weight limit, and the man checking my weight offered to check it for free. However, I did not want to check it because it had my DSLR camera and laptop computer with some other things. The weight limit is very small. I took everything out of my suitcase except the laptop and camera bag and it was still too heavy. Then I put some of my lenses in my purse took the camera and other lenses out of the bag and wrapped them in a scarf and managed to get it under the limit. So if traveling China Airlines make sure your carry on is less than 7kg, and good luck if you have electronics you don't want to check."

Aéroport côté asiatique, super bondé… Possibilité de payer pour passer plus vite
J’ai eu trop d’informations différentes du personnel de Turkish Airlines concernant les sièges équipés de couffin pour les Bébés donc finalement nous n’avons pas pu en obtenir un
Voyages à 4 personnes , la totalité des bagages perdus , turkish airlines première et dernière fois .
L’embarquement top , Le service à bord, le repas distribué peuvent être largement amélioré

Points négatifs : "Our experience in the Istanbul airport. We got off our connecting flight and no one was willing to provide us with directions. We had to stand in a security line for two hours thinking that we had as a consequence missed our connecting flight. Again, no communication. We found out when we finally got through security (we had already gone through security at the Paris airport), everyone was in the same situation and our flight had been delayed. It would have been helpful to know that as we were standing in line. While in the line, many people panicked and starting pushing their way to the front of the line. Again, no officials were there to keep order. It was truly a mess! And creating too much anxiety and stress that I really wanted to not have on my trip back to the USA. I realize that in these times, we must go through added security, but I am accustomed to US airports where there is more communication over the intercom and by airport officials. In Istanbul, it seemed that everyone did not want to give directions, and airport officials seemed to avoid the public they were there to serve."

Turkish refused to provide hotel in Istanbul as per their policy even after being told by Turkish employees in the USA and France that this would be provided due to my 20 hour layover. I will not fly Turkish again in the future."
