Points négatifs : "We had more than 2 hours delay and although the company knew that that would be the case, they didn't let us know beforehand. We only found out when we arrived at the airport. Apparently the delay was because the aircraft had come with more than 2 hours delay from London so the company was fully aware our flight would also be delayed."

Points négatifs : "Having the family sitting separately on the flight as we were not able to afford to pay additional money to per book seats. But it was only a 2 hour flight so we coped. Think it would be a good idea if the airline didn’t just assume that because a child is 11 years old they are able to sit away from their parents. My son has additional needs and so although his chronological age is 12 years his developmental age is only 7/8 years so being sat away from his parents was very stressful for him. Maybe asking during booking if any of the party hav s additioonal needs would be a good idea."

Points négatifs : "i booked my ticket from 5 december 2017 to 10 january 2018 by mistake. it was suppose to be from 5 dec 17 to 10 dec 17. i called the customer service to change it . she said that there will be a fee applied and i was okay with it . but she give me the return ticket on 7th dec 2017 instead of 10.. i called them back to rectify the error.. they couldnt help me and i didnt accept the proposal in my email. i went to tenerif and had to booked another seperate ticket on 10 dec from there to get back. !!"

Points négatifs : "The way we were gathered up like sheep at the departure lounge. There was one person who acted like a mini hitler, scolding people if they dared to cross the line. An unpleasant experience."

Points négatifs : "I've been using the same bag for years and never had to pay for luggage when flying Ryanair. My bag fits perfectly in those metal things they put in the airport. With plenty of room to spare. The lady at the check in said it was too big. Then I showed her how my bag fits with plenty of room to spare. But then she said it also needs to go up and down if I put it sideways. Basically my bag by volume is much smaller than the standard, but is about half centimeter wider. This was enough for her to force me to pay 50 Euros. I didn't believe I should pay but there was no option. It was either pay or not fly since boarding was almost finished. She made me sign a paper to"acknowledge" that my bag wasn't the right fit. I had no option. I really feel this treatment was un-dignifying. I will never fly with Ryanair again."

Points négatifs : "Unnecessarily held at the gate for 45 minutes as the departures boards showed the flight as boarding - no way to get out of this area so stuck. Flight left late and then had to queue up to get access to a drop off area so missed my onward train connection. Paid for food in pounds but given change in Euros - disgraceful - don't offer to take payment in a currency you can't provide change for. Overall a poor experience, will not be flying with RyanAir again."

Points négatifs : "We purchased priority tickets and were last on the plane. There was no organization at all. Everyone rushed the plane because we were hoarded onto a bus and told to walk to the plane. I'm small so all of the rude people rushed the plane and I had to wait in the back or get trampled. Why did I pay extra for priority? Even at the gate. People just moved the barrier and sat in the priority section. No enforcement of rules at all. So everyone got priority treatment - or you could say no one got priority treatment, just some of us paid extra to be treated like cattle."
