Points positifs : Respectful pilot and cabin crew, flight was all in all very smooth and no inconvenience

Points positifs : The crew on the plane handled the difficulties of a passenger well.

Points négatifs : The repeated delays and mix up with seats which then led to an irate passenger who made ALL of us miserable. She was moved next to my daughters and took her anger out on them by yelling and demanding things most of the flight.

Points négatifs : Crew would be better if they smiled a bit. They seemed tired and sleepy.

Points négatifs : Had to stand in line for over 1 hour to get boarding passes. Need to install kiosks. Boarding process was a disaster. Boarded Speedy Jet members and then everybody else. Boarding group number was irrelevant. Nobody was at the gate until the time the plane was scheduled to depart.

Points négatifs : The workers had bad attitudes and they wouldn't print out boarding passes if you didn't check in online. They wouldn't let me on the flight and didn't reimburse me for my flight. Worst travel experience ever

Points négatifs : It is obvious that the airline has not invested funds to keep up and it shows. I will avoid flying Alitalia in the future.

Points négatifs : This airline charges for everything, and after you pay once, they try to charge you again, and again, and again (four different people tried to charge me 4 different times for my two checked bags). And they lost the record of my payment, so I had to show 4 times the Amex receipt showing that I had paid before. It took 45 minutes and 4 non receptive agents for me to get my luggage checked. British Airways is significantly better.

Points positifs : Short flight so I can't really complain. It was no frills, standard small aircraft with no high tech entertainment system. Seats were fairly comfortable

Points négatifs : Food -vegan menu was bad for n the outgoing flight, better on the incoming flight. No vegan food available on domestic fight. Sitting in the aisle seat meant often people pushing past your seat.

Points négatifs : Unfortunately the seal with extra legroom was comparable with a standard seat from other mid-distance airlines. The food & drink service was only from very limited quality. There was no entertainment on the seat, only with wi-fi oboard on your own handheld.

Points négatifs : Delayed flight, once on board the aircraft, further delays on the ground (at Glasgow) made up time in the air landed (not too far from our original landing time) only to be told we’re now being held on the ground (at Gatwick for at least another 20 minutes!) I flew with BA this morning and rated them excellent for everything! EJ you need to up your game!

Felt my rights violated, I HATE to dispatch luggage... and in the end there was space left on the airplane luggage storage areas. Not nice

Points négatifs : I tried to explain to the Kiwi associates 10 hours before departure that San Marco in Venice was flooded and that there was no way to get out of the hotel and to the airport. I tried to change my flight and was told that nothing could be done but that I would get a call in 2 -4 hours with a solution but did not. I missed the flight and fear that I will miss my connection. Stuck.

Points positifs : I was expecting EasyJet to run late and the crew to be overworked and rude, but they were like Southwest Airlines in the USA, very nice and on-time.

Points négatifs : This applies to all airlines: crack down on travelers trying to bring to much cabin luggage! Also, travelers should have to first use the bin space above their seat before using some other bin space. Many people in the back of plane cram their cabin luggage into the first bins they see so they don't have to carry it from the back.

Points négatifs : Baggage Claim in Barcelona. Waited 45 minutes before baggage arrived, that combined with flight being 30 minutes late made running to catch a connecting flight which was in a different terminal requiring a shuttle bus ride to get there.

Points positifs : Steal money!!!! You guys didn’t allow to bring our carryons in to airplane and was a little short, she forced us to pay for them and send to the big luggage. But when we was boarding there so many people with a bigger baggage!!! I can’t accept that !!!
