We missed our connection and had to wait 3 more hours for the next flight - We were somewhat lucky as multiple flights were delayed/cancelled that day - I will avoid using Virgin Atlantic in the future as they need Delta and British operate their flights and this makes it prone to issues like that"

No complimentary packet (eye shades, socks etc.) , not even a barf bag for collecting trash."

After calling the helpline I was informed that it is impossible to change the seat after checking in until I am at the airport. No other airline has such an obscure, in efficient rule. Virgin takes pride in being a step above their competition - I didn't see it. I have flown international on Delta, American Airlines, British Airlines, United, and others and any difference in the experience was negligible."

It was international flight for almost 4 hours and there was no foodie snacks serve. Only tea or coffee. For a international flight more than 2 hours you should offer something else, soda juices and a snack at the very least. I guess the reason why I am feeling this ways is because I flew with virgin a couple years back to London and was so impressed by he service and the airline and the great quality modern vibe. It was the W hotels of the airlines industry and this time I really want impressed."
