Les sièges et la nourriture en classe économique premium étaient très agréables, bien que le prix puisse être plus abordable pour que nous puissions le faire plus souvent.

Pas à la hauteur de leurs standards. Après avoir enregistré mon bagage et avoir fait une correspondance serrée avec le vol NZ 29, ils ont essayé de me refuser l'embarquement à la porte. En fin de compte, j'ai réussi à monter dans l'avion, mais mon bagage a suivi sur un vol ultérieur. Après plus de 24 heures de vol et malgré le fait que je sois titulaire d'une carte Platinum d'Air NZ, être mis dans cette situation était inacceptable.

J'aime Air NZ, mais les sièges en Premium Economy sont plutôt vieux. Pas très confortables, ni très spacieux.

Tout va bien. Le problème était le retard causé par la météo à Houston, ce qui a créé de l'anxiété concernant ma correspondance avec AirNZ. Rien que United ne pouvait faire à ce sujet, et pour être juste, le capitaine nous a très bien informés.

problème mécanique, donc décollage retardé (d'où la faible note d'embarquement) et a fait manquer leur vol de correspondance à un certain nombre de personnes. Il a également fallu beaucoup de temps pour récupérer nos bagages enregistrés. J'ai eu de la chance de récupérer le mien avec 5 minutes d'avance, mais c'était stressant.

Des sièges plus confortables. Même après une heure de voyage, ils sont très durs à supporter. Renforcez la quantité de bagages que les voyageurs peuvent emporter. Certains ont jusqu'à trois sacs et prennent de la place dans les compartiments à bagages des autres passagers.

L'équipage de cabine, en particulier Sandy, était très agréable. Le vol s'est bien déroulé et le temps était magnifique tout au long du trajet. Sandy mérite d'être félicitée pour son attitude positive, très compétente et joyeuse. Note maximale.
