Vraiment impressionné par la compagnie aérienne et surtout par l'équipage. L'équipage était incroyable, a changé de sièges très facilement, a fourni beaucoup de collations à la demande, l'avion est agréable et propre, le menu est bien présenté ; malheureusement, la nourriture n'est pas fantastique, mais ce n'est pas mauvais non plus, rien d'extraordinaire. Je le note quand même comme excellent car j'ai adoré tout le reste ; une amélioration de la nourriture serait géniale !

L'équipage aurait pu me réveiller pour le dîner !! J'attendais tellement de commander le magret de canard braisé et je me suis endormi avant que l'équipage ne vienne prendre ma commande. Quand je me suis réveillé, les lumières étaient éteintes et la nourriture avait été servie sans que je mange. J'ai adoré le jus de pomme !

J'étais vraiment furieuse contre Underpricer, Cathay Pacific et Kayak ! Après avoir passé des heures au téléphone et à échanger des messages sur WhatsApp pour réserver des places pour ma sœur et moi, j'ai découvert, quelques heures avant le décollage, que nos places avaient été annulées et que nous nous sommes retrouvées dans la dernière rangée, tout au fond de l'avion, juste à côté des toilettes ! La compagnie aérienne prétend que c'est l'agence de voyage qui a annulé nos places !?!? Or, nous avions acheté nos billets en avril.

L'embarquement s'est bien déroulé et a été efficace, cependant, comme il s'agissait d'un vol tardif, j'ai passé la plupart du temps à dormir, donc je ne peux pas exprimer d'autres opinions.

Le vol précédent avec Cathay au départ de LAX a été retardé, ce qui a entraîné un manque de ce vol vers KL de 12 heures. Cela a également fait manquer d'autres arrangements de voyage depuis KL. Ils ont cependant fourni un hébergement pour la nuit à Hong Kong.
