C'est un vol trop long pour ne pas avoir un accès gratuit à Internet. Il ne devrait pas y avoir de frais. Il devrait y avoir quelques heures gratuites.

L'équipage était très désolé, bien qu'il n'ait pas pu fournir mon siège réservé à l'origine (le vol précédent a été annulé, donc le siège du vol suivant a été sélectionné automatiquement).

Le premier vol a été complètement annulé après avoir passé la sécurité à la porte d'embarquement. Mauvais niveau de communication entre le personnel au sol et les passagers. Je n'ai pas pu obtenir les mêmes sièges que ceux réservés précédemment. J'ai perdu une journée entière de nos projets de vacances et j'ai dû réorganiser nos plans à Toronto.
