Points positifs : Everything was top notch,crew were super professionals,food was delicious,look forward to flying with them again!!was one hour early on first leg of journey

Points positifs : Having a single restroom in the economy plus section had folks climbing over each other, especially the bulkhead seats, all of the flight. Even the flight attendants had to climb over the bulkhead folks feet.
Points négatifs : The second security check before boarding had people jumping from their seat section to be checked, as the security staff weren't concerned about people's seating priority. It also seemed a couple of economy plus ladies sat in business class.
Points positifs : Crew was good. Seating was great because I had 2 empty seats next to me and was able to sleep much more than ever on long flight to Asia.
Points négatifs : I had to pay to get seat selection in advance of 48 hours which I have never had to do for a flight. I should have got a warning from Kayak about this. As it is, that was not needed because plenty of empty seats and could have got window seat without paying for advance.

They refused to reissue my ticket with the correct spelling so I had to sweat out getting on board the airlines and now I have to sweat it out today because they again refused to reissue the ticket

I AM FURIOUS VOYAMA SPELLED MY NAME WRONG 'RUSSELLG" CONNECTED AS ONE WORD RATHER THAN "RUSSELL G EWALD." WHEN I FOUND THIS OUT A DAY AND A HALF BEFORE MY FLIGHT, THEY REFUSED SAID NO CHANGE CAN BE MADE LESS THAN 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE. I WROTE FOR RETURN FLIGHT WEEK IN ADVANCE AND WON'T CHANGE IT
Points négatifs : The economy toilets were in a disgusting state half-way through the flight and a hostess told me not use Business Class toilets even though I was in Premoum Economy. The economy toilet was clearly a health hazard.
Also, we were woken up for our 2nd meal 6 hours into the flight , with 8 hours to go

Points négatifs : On my return flight from Hing Kong to Vancouver, which is a long flight, the passenger in the seay next to mine slowly encroached on my seat space to an unusual extent. The seats in economy are really cramped!!

Points négatifs : The baggage of all first class passengers was delayed beyond the time of the later flight .. ridiculous .. also flight delayed as is usual tor all flights in and out of Bangkok. The food on the flight is not appealing .. the front of the seat fell down onto the legs..

Points positifs : Our flight was delayed 45 in Chicago due to ice on the wings. Then about 10 mins of holding to land. With a 90 min lay over, unboarding and reboarding was rushed......but Cathay and security did their best I feel, It was only a 90 min flight and I didn't eat or watch a movie.
Points négatifs : Again, being 6-4, I struggle with comfort and after having no time to rest while switching planes, I was exhausted when I arrived in Manila.

Points négatifs : Plan was 2 hours late departing, my daughter also took this flight 6 weeks beforehand and had similar delays.

Service was lacking and disappointing
Points négatifs : Food options listed on menu were not available. Breakfast was served so late that crew said not enough time to make/serve hot coffee or tea. During flight no crew ever came around to offer more water or liquid between meals. TV was in German with no instructions on how to change language to English. Bathrooms were not kept clean.
Also, when boarding at the HK airport, after disabled and families, everyone was asked to board at the same time which resulted in one very long line of several hundred people.
