J'ai surclassé mon vol en classe affaires et avant l'embarquement, on m'a dit qu'il n'y aurait pas de nourriture pendant le vol, à moins que quelqu'un refuse le service de repas.

Le service était meilleur sur ce vol que sur le vol long-courrier, mais restait très médiocre par rapport à celui de Cathay Pacific dans le passé.

L'avion était sale, les sièges étaient déchirés et cassés, le service était le plus terrible jamais vu, la salle de bain était sale, ils ne servaient même pas d'eau, il fallait la demander, les repas étaient horribles, en gros, c'était moins que zéro, je ne volerai jamais avec Cathay Pacific à nouveau.

Personnel sympathique, mais un seul des services de restauration proposait une option végétarienne. La classe Économie Premium était bonne - sièges larges et repose-pieds. Un peu lent à apporter la boisson de bienvenue et souvent, il n'y avait plus de prosecco sur le plateau - comme s'ils décourageaient ce choix. Ma seule plainte concerne le vin/les boissons servies dans un gobelet en papier - j'ai commandé un cognac lors de notre vol précédent et il est arrivé au fond d'un gobelet en papier, le vin est versé dans le gobelet comme s'il s'agissait d'un seau !
