Il y a eu des retards lors de l'embarquement et de l'atterrissage. Ces événements ont entraîné un temps de transfert serré à Hong Kong. Mauvaise signalisation pour les transferts. Enfin, des bagages perdus à la destination finale.

C'était bien. Les avions avaient besoin d'être modernisés, ils étaient dépassés et les systèmes de divertissement étaient anciens. Le service était incroyable. Les repas réservés à l'avance étaient médiocres.

Super retardé. Inutile. Il faut des personnes plus compétentes pour gérer la logistique afin de maintenir les choses en mouvement à temps. Totalement inacceptable.

Dans l'ensemble, pas bon. Embarquement super tard à Hong Kong à cause d'un problème de dernière minute avec un avion. Le processus d'embarquement est chaotique. Kathy Pacific devrait s'efforcer de mieux respecter les horaires de départ. Cela a causé beaucoup de problèmes avec un vol de correspondance manqué.

Le matin à Hong Kong était ridicule. Très chaotique. Le vol a été retardé. J'ai raté mes vols de correspondance. Kathy devrait être plus compétente pour préparer les avions à l'avance afin que les vols puissent partir à l'heure... totalement ridicule et inutile. Très mauvaise performance.

Vol depuis LAX en classe économique sur un Cathay 777. Configuration des sièges 3-4-3. Lorsque le siège avant s'incline, on a l'impression que quelqu'un se penche en avant et vous fixe. Si vous êtes légèrement corpulent, les tables de plateau toucheront votre abdomen même avec les sièges en position droite. ÉVITEZ cette configuration de 777 à tout prix pour un vol long-courrier. Cependant, leur configuration 3-3-3 sur l'Airbus 350 semblait spacieuse et les sièges étaient plus larges.

Pas grand-chose n'aurait pu être mieux fait à moins que j'aie eu un billet de première classe. J'ai littéralement passé 15 heures avec une compagnie aérienne en classe économique. Équipage très professionnel, amical et attentif. Bonne nourriture de compagnie aérienne, cabine propre, zone de sièges et toilettes. J'ai fait quatre allers-retours avec Cathay Pacific, et je ne choisirais pas une autre compagnie aérienne pour ce voyage. Cinq étoiles sur cinq.

KTI-HKG
C'est essentiellement 15 heures avec une compagnie aérienne en classe économique. Il n'y a vraiment pas grand-chose qui aurait pu être fait mieux à moins que j'aie un billet en première classe. Cathay Pacific fait un excellent travail, avec un équipage très professionnel, amical et attentif. C'est littéralement la seule compagnie aérienne avec laquelle je volerai vers l'Asie du Sud-Est.
