Le voyage s'est bien passé. Ma seule plainte est que lorsque la passagère devant moi a incliné son siège (ce qui était, en essence, tout le vol sauf lors de l'atterrissage et du décollage), c'était inconfortablement claustrophobe pour moi et très difficile pour mon mari de sortir et d'entrer dans son siège côté fenêtre. C'était également inconfortable de regarder le divertissement car l'écran était juste devant votre visage.

Mon vol était censé partir à 19h45, mais il n'est parti qu'à 20h55 pour Dallas. Du coup, tous mes autres vols étaient en retard et j'ai dû attendre à l'aéroport pendant 14 heures supplémentaires pour pouvoir prendre un autre avion.

Il y a eu des retards lors de l'embarquement et de l'atterrissage. Ces événements ont entraîné un temps de transfert serré à Hong Kong. Mauvaise signalisation pour les transferts. Enfin, des bagages perdus à la destination finale.

C'était bien. Les avions avaient besoin d'être modernisés, ils étaient dépassés et les systèmes de divertissement étaient anciens. Le service était incroyable. Les repas réservés à l'avance étaient médiocres.
