Points positifs : There were major challenges on the day. 1. The French Air traffic officers were on strike. 2. A passenger became ill after boarding and had to be disembarked along with his luggage which had previously been loaded, 3. Another passenger became ill requiring paramedic attention while we waited for a lengthy period before getting permission to take off. All these contributed to delays for which the airline and crew had no responsibility. They did their best to keep us informed of progress but once we took off, much of the lost time was recovered in the air. The flight itself was fairly smooth and uneventful. Thank God.

Points positifs : Crew was just ok nothing more nothing less.. The general service of easy jet its better for me not operate...

Points négatifs : Just to behave to people like human beings... I wont never choose this particular airline to travel..it was my last one..

Points négatifs : Au moment de l'embarquement on ne m'a pas laissé passer avec mon chien d'utilité, qui avait pourtant tous les documents demandés sur le site internet EasyJet, sous prétexte que je ne pouvais pas justifier que c'était mon chien. On m'a aussi dit que mon vol serait retardé le temps de régler ce problème alors qu'il a décollé à l'heure, sans que je puisse le prendre. Au moment où j'ai voulu partir de la zone de Check in, le personnel n'a pas voulu me rendre les documents d'identité de mon Chien d'assistance. C'est un problème inadmissible.

Points positifs : Quite frankly, I did not like nor was I amazed by the flight overall. The flight was 80 minutes late w/o any giudense by any easyjet airport staff. Passengers were left on their own to figure out things. Gate change w/o enough notice. Easyjet rented another company's airplane. Landing was horrible.

Points positifs : Nothing No leg room was charged 60 eu for bent 2 kg over on baggage. Was told then I’d have to pay another 60 eu for my under-seat bag even though I had no such issue on my flight to Barcelona The seats are miserably small and don’t even recline. Worst airline I have ever flown Staff was rude

Points positifs : The seat was fairly comfortable. The pilot communicated with the passengers about the reason for the delay, due to mechanical issue.

Points négatifs : I was not made aware, until I got to the gate and was boarding, that a personal item (that was small enough to easily fit under my seat), would not be allowed on the plane without incurring a $60 Euro charge. Luckily, I was quickly able to squeeze it into my carry-on suitcase. One of the flight attendants wasn't very friendly (young, male, possibly Middle Eastern, French speaking). The other 3 were fine.

Delays ruin vacations

Points négatifs : Everything ans basically no updates or info about what was happening.

Points négatifs : I was disappointed that I had to check my bag. The was carry on friendly and I would have fit it easily into the overhead while fitting my other personal item below. I also missed my flight to Berlin so I wasn’t very happy to begin with. An extra 200 dollars later and I was on the next flight to Berlin.

Points négatifs : on easy jet, if you do it check in online 34 hours before the flight you get bumped to standby. This is not made clear in any emails or confirmations. Despite purchasing a ticket in advance I almost missed my flight because I checked in at the airport.
