Le Royaume-Uni a réinstauré le confinement national.
Depuis le 4 janvier, le confinement national en Angleterre est en vigueur. Les voyages extérieurs, y compris à l'étranger, sont limités depuis l'Angleterre, sauf dans des circonstances limitées telles que le travail ou les études.
Les ressortissants étrangers sont soumis à la réglementation « Stay at Home ». Ils ne doivent pas voyager à l'étranger à moins que cela ne soit autorisé.
Différentes règles s'appliquent en Écosse, au Pays de Galles et en Irlande du Nord. Les voyageurs doivent respecter toutes les règles qui leur sont applicables.
À partir du 20 novembre, l'Écosse a limité les voyages transfrontaliers au Royaume-Uni, seuls les personnes qui voyagent pour des raisons essentielles (santé, travail et études) seront autorisées à entrer et sorir d'Écosse. Les personnes vivant dans les zones de confinement de niveau 3 ou 4 en Écosse ne sont pas non plus autorisées à quitter leur zone et ne peuvent pas voyager à l'étranger, bien que les personnes de niveau 0-2 le puissent.
Les voyageurs qui ont séjourné ou transité par aun de ces pays appartenant à la liste rouge au cours des 10 derniers jours ne sont pas autorisés à entrer au Royaume-Uni, à l'exception des ressortissants britanniques, des ressortissants irlandais et des résidents du Royaume-Uni.

Tous les voyageurs entrant au Royaume-Uni doivent présenter un Formulaire de localisation des passagers de la santé publique à l'immigration à l'arrivée.
À partir du 18 janvier, tous les voyageurs arrivant en Angleterre, en Écosse, au Pays de Galles ou en Irlande du Nord, y compris les ressortissants britanniques qui rentrent chez eux, doivent avoir un certificat médical avec un résultat négatif au test COVID-19 PCR, antigène ou LAMP effectué dans les 3 jours avant le départ.
Les voyageurs de la zone de voyage commune (Royaume-Uni, Irlande, île de Man, Jersey, Guernesey, Ascension, îles Falkland et Sainte-Hélène) ne seront pas concernés par le règlement. Les enfants de moins de 11 ans ne seront pas non plus tenus de passer des tests avant le départ.
Jusqu'au 21 janvier, les voyageurs d'Antigua-et-Barbuda, de Sainte-Lucie ou de la Barbade ne seront pas non plus visés par la réglementation.
Exigences spécifiques de quarantaine
À partir du 18 janvier, les couloirs de voyage sont suspendus et tous les voyageurs arrivant au Royaume-Uni de tous les pays étranger, à l'exception de l'Irlande, de l'Île de Man et des îles Anglo-Normandes, sont soumis à un auto-isolement de 10 jours. Les voyageurs peuvent passer un test le 5ème jour de leur arrivée, si le résultat du test est négatif la période d'auto-isolement se terminera dès qu'ils recevront le résultat, ils doivent continuer à s'auto-isoler en attendant le résultat du test. Si le test est positif, ils doivent s'auto-isoler pendant 10 jours supplémentaires. Il faut compter 10 jours à partir du jour où ils ont passé le test, ou du moment où ils ont eu les premiers symptômes si cela est plus tôt.
À partir du 15 février, les ressortissants britanniques, les ressortissants irlandais, les résidents du Royaume-Uni qui se sont rendus ou ont transité par les pays de la liste rouge (interdits de voyage) au cours des 10 derniers jours doivent être mis en quarantaine dans un hôtel approuvé par le gouvernement pendant 10 jours. Ils ne peuvent pas utiliser le Programme « Test to Release ».

Thank goodness for the excellent airport check-in staff and the Flight Crew!"

Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con."

Anyone taller might not be able to get into the seat at all. There was a problem with the website so we couldn't check in online and we had tried to change our flight a few days earlier but the website again didn't work, we tried to call a call centre whose number was on there, didn't work."

I didn't have the code as I was searching emails for the booking agent and airline when it was (as I later discovered) sent by another name. This resulted in £30 to check in going out and 40 euros back. Desk staff were unhelpful bordering on rude (the cabin staff were fine in that respect. I wasn't the only one at least 20 people queuing on the return with the same issue. Additionally on the delay out they advised food could be brought at the rear of the plane then inflight ran out so some people ate twice while by the time I got to my hotel they had stopped serving food and I had not eaten in the airport sorting out the boarding passes."

The treatment and the attitude from the personnel at the check in counter was rude, they were short and unkind The staff member in charge of charging for checking was incredibly slow, there were 4 people in line including me and it took her 40 minutes to charge me the 30 euros This was after I already stood in line for the ticket for another 30 mins I almost missed my flight due to their poor handling"

To be safe I purchase the extra allowance for large carry on which I paid £19 for on my outward journey. When clearing the check-in gates on my outward journey in London the check Inn clerk informed me that I did not have to pay the large carry on allowance. According to her in my bag but it's been classified as small. On my return journey I decided not to purchase the carry on allowance and I was told that I should have purchase it online instead I had to buy it at the airport at a premium. I won't fly with Wizz Air again."

We was kept informed all the way as take off was perfect, and the landing at London Luton was the best have ever had as you normally land land then get an extra hard heavy jerk to slow us down extra hard braking. The Pilots of W6 4503 on 23rd of August 2017 is a credit to your company as they landed without the extra hard braking you normally get. Those pilots both of them should teach the other pilots's of your company how both of the pilots did it, and even teach other airline pilots the same IT WAS A VERY SMOOTH LANDING. Give the pilot's a commendation or an award as I would like those pilot's on any of my flights I have in the future. You can let them know it was me that told you to credit them in the highest award they can get please. Let their bosses, and company owners know this as well. So maybe if you call them in the office for something PLEASE CREDIT THEM for the PERFECT LANDING MORE THAN A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY as I put that ion bold to enforsize a perfect landing."
Points négatifs : "I was in 24B middle seat which was very cramped as the seat too small and back of seat too low, knee area not enough, no chance of getting to sleep as you cannot get comfortable enough as you cannot even sleep on the tray, kids screaming all around me, people behind me kept kicking moving my seat, people in front of me too loud Bulgarian's. At Varna airport me and others queued up in check in 2 and 3 patiently, and after about 20 minutes queuing two people jumped the queue in check in 1 as the second guy I had to tell him we have been waiting you cannot jump the queue and to go to the back of the queue, and a guy walked straight into check in 1 before check in 2 and 3 was opened and got his bag done, and a big group of people with prams etc was not even in check in lane 1 where they was sorted out well before us queuing as they just turned up and got there bag etc slips on the prams etc. A lot of the information on board was in Bulgarian and not in English only a very small thing NOT TO BLAME THE PLANE STAFF in any way."
