On time and fairly quick baggage retrieval. Being able to check-in before you leave UK is very useful.

I booked through Kayak and although it does warn about extra charges for baggage, I feel I was duped because I booked for 3 check-in bags at additional cost thinking that would mean for outbound flight and return but once the booking transferred to Last minute on completion it turned out I only had check-in baggage for the outbound flight (different airline) and not for the Ryanair return flight. Ryanair charges more if you book check-in baggage after the original booking so the flights were much more expensive than I had thought. Kayak did not help with this issue. I would not use them again.

My wife and I were traveling to Paris for our Honeymoon. Due to traffic, an accident, and a flat tire, it took us 3 hours to get to the Airport, even though it was a 1 hour ride. We were not allowed to check our luggage on to the plane because we were 1 minute late. Our flight was scheduled for 18:00 and the cut off for the luggage check was at 17:20. The EasyJet employees were very rude telling us we were late, despite the fact that there were people checking their bags on to that flight as we spoke. We will never again use EasyJet. Completely ruined our Honeymoon.

I like that I got to Lisbon

It took me three hours to book my flight. First, the vueling website was down and I once I got to the payment section of the website, it crashed. Then I tired with customer service, and they could not get my payment to work on their end also. So I had to have my husband try, across the globe, and he was finally was able to book my trip. When I got to the airport in Paris, I was told i don't not purchase a ticket with baggage. Which, was incorrect because, I sat on the phone in Italy BEFORE I EVEN MADE IT TO PARIS TO BOARD MY LISBON FLIGHT, and worked out payment with customer service. Due to the fact that there were six pending flights on my credit card. And to top it all off once I was able to check in at the Paris airport, your customer service staff and ticketing staff there, treated me with such disrespect, condescending attitudes, and would not answer any of my questions but told me it was not their problem and I need to work it out with someone else. I then had to repurchase my bags and when I asked to speak to a manager, the ticketing counter said they did not have one and then directed me to the customer service counter. There I was told that they did not work for the vueling company and my issue could not be handled by them. I will never fly this airline again and will advise everyone I know to do the same.

I was told that my carry on luggage was too big for the overhead bin and had to pay 35 euro. The flight attendant attempted to fit it in the bin and it fit just fine. So thanks...I paid for something I didn’t have to.

Literally nothing.

To be charged $20 at the ticket counter for a printed boarding pass is offensive. Despite having already checked in online, Ryannair apparently thinks I should have spent my holiday hunting down a print shop as not to incur their "get a printed boarding pass from an unpleasant ticket counter employee" fee. No boarding pass kiosks and unclear why they would not provide a digital one upon online check-in. Or rather it became clear as I handed over my debit card. Seats are intentionally designated apart from your travel companions so you'll pay more to have them switched to sit next your friend. Cabin is extra cramped. Ryannair is all-around terrible by budget airline standards.

TAP Airlines did not fly this route for day and probably hired NEOS Airlines to fly as charter or contract this route only? NEOS Airlines is an Italian airline probably comparable to Southwest Airlines in the USA. It's a cattle car airline with no frills. Crew was very professional, food was actually good. A sandwich that was of course Italian ingredients. Seats were comfortable for the 3 hour flight.

Checking in and paying a $49 excesses baggage fee for I was better off paying a full fare. Discount fare, what a joke!Than finding out that TAP put me on standby status?? But I eventually got a seat. It was no relief thinking I would be left behind and my plans elude be delayed.TAP airlines had only worked the front desk check in, gate check in and don't know about the ramp service. So I can't give a full positive review of TAP Airlines

I took 1230 flight from stansted airport to Edinburgh. I carried a personal baggage with me on the plane then flight attendant took it away and told me I will get it back at the arrival belt. When I landed I couldn’t find mine. I had reported to the ground desk and they not helpful at all. So now I lost all of my travel documents and money. I feel so bad. This Tuesday I will fly back to Thailand and still don’t know how to redo my passport.

1156.64 When we arrived at the airport the clerk at the desk would not look up from her computer to help us, we went to the window and she continued to refuse to check us in. When we handed her our passports she bluntly stated that it was too late to check in because it was 10:00 and the cutoff was 9:55. We asked if she could make an exception due to our issues with transportation or if she was able to help us rebook a flight and she said no. We had already paid for this flight and had checked in baggage and paid separately for the two bags and she told us there were no Ryan air flights for our destination. We promptly rebooked with another airline at a separate airport and consequently had to pay for another form of transportation to the airport as well as a new flight and another two checked pieces of baggage. I have traveled all over Europe, the US, Canada, Central America etc. and never in my years of travel have I felt so belittled and disrespected especially considering I was a paying, respectful and loyal customer. It goes without saying I will never use this airline again and will be strongly recommending other airlines to friends and family.

crew excellent and after much discussion they performed miracles

wife is disabled,told she had aisle seat,staff on board had to shift her 3 times,we were booked in together but sat apart on both trips,full marks to the cabin crew who really did a great job of moving people around but we had no help from last minute.com and less from the airline when we phoned in regard to my wifes mobility scooter.sorry its back to Easy jet.

Food and drink (esp. non-alcoholic) is terrible. Not offering a vegetarian option - even on short haul - is ridiculous in the 21st century.

TAP Airlines did not fly this route for day and probably hired NEOS Airlines to fly as charter or contract this route only? NEOS Airlines is an Italian airline probably comparable to Southwest Airlines in the USA. It's a cattle car airline with no frills. Crew was very professional, food was actually good. A sandwich that was of course Italian ingredients. Seats were comfortable for the 3 hour flight.

Checking in and paying a $49 excesses baggage fee for I was better off paying a full fare. Discount fare, what a joke!Than finding out that TAP put me on standby status?? But I eventually got a seat. It was no relief thinking I would be left behind and my plans elude be delayed.TAP airlines had only worked the front desk check in, gate check in and don't know about the ramp service. So I can't give a full positive review of TAP Airlines

A standard good Easy Jet experience

We (along with everyone) had to check luggage (at no charge), despite being first in line (regular queue) and despite the fact that there was plenty of room in the overhead lockers (and would have sped up boarding considerably).

We had arrived to destination in somehow safe condition

- Will charge you for anything... extra kg (or less) - charge! Water for 5 hours flight? - Charge! - They ruined my suitcase and won't pay for it - Drunk people making mess on the plane and throw-up on your cloths? Your problem. To conclude, flight with many low cost, but never had that bad experience before.

That it was a short flight.

Old interior. no legroom, American credit card doesn't work to purchase anything. Bad coffee, but flight crew was excellent.
