Points positifs : The crew was excellent, the flight was comfortable however the boarding process was a bit disorganized but I’m pretty sure that was an airport issue

Points négatifs : Everything, basically... The flight was delayed almost an hour, boarding was uncomfortable, there was no food service on board, flight attendants were less than friendly, and takeoff was shaky and turbulent.

Points positifs : Crew were very attentive. Seats usual Ryan Air not the most comfortable seats. Boarded FIRST as was special assistance which is much better than being boarded last with everybody looking at you & no room for hand luggage at your seat so having to get somebody to place it further down plane.

Points négatifs : My special assistance required lift off plane which didn't happen so I along with people on crutches had to try negotiate way down steps in the wind & rain.

Points négatifs : Boarding - why do EasyJet put you through the boarding gate only to then have you queueing on a staircase or air bridge? They do this every time, so you end up with no seat. Also, check in was really slow, even though we were only doing a bag drop as we'd checked in online.

Points négatifs : Easy Jet is not available to check in on a Kiosk in Venice and you have to go to another floor to find it. Once there the staff were less then helpful and all passengers seemed confused from a total lack of communication. Will not take Easy Jet again if other options are available.

Points négatifs : Short version: Avoid Ryanair like you would avoid Herpes. I paid for baggage but got charged again. Desk agent was rude. There was no information provided about what gate or where the gate was. I paid for fast track security and didn't get it. It only got worse from there. Never ever fly Ryanair!

Points négatifs : Very long walk to the farthest end of terminal for gate and have to walk up the stairs to board plane on the tarmac. Not a single human being to help check in or tag luggage for drop off. Everything’s self service. The check in/luggage drop off counter difficult to find.

Points positifs : Everything was easy ie checkin was easy, boarding was easy, the flight was easy, and luggage claim was easy - all round I'm very satisified with the my flight with easyjet - problem free and ontime

Points négatifs : The opening time of the check-in counter could have been provided in the booking information but that is a very minor thing - I arrived 3 hours before the flight but the check in didn't open until 2.5 hours before the flight which if I knew - then i could sleep in an extra 30 mins :-)

Flight from Paris to Barcelona boarded and once everyone was on board, they told us that we would be sitting there for 2 hours before leaving.
