Points négatifs : "We requested wheelchair assistance for my grandmother (3 days before the flight), but at the departing airport, the person with the wheelchair left early and we had to walk her on to the plane. When we arrived at Hong Kong, there was no wheelchair on the bridge, and after disembarking and being told to wait, it took 30 minutes for them to bring one. The ground staff kept trying to convince us to just walk which seemed very unprofessional."

Now it just brings it more to the memory how CX might be what the leaked reports that many equipment has been compromised by CX crew onboard. Many of CX customers are from middle class, and it could be a big turn-off. It is unwise to patronise a tabloid newspaper when the owner has been named by China as the culprit of the recent troubles in hk. It’s like offering Al Jazeera news on united airlines entertainment........During the whole trip, I was captivated by these thoughts."

Points négatifs : "Four travelers were seated in 4 different areas on flight from Hong Kong to San Francisco flight. Three of us of us were senior citizens. Two had disabilities and were.not accommodated in any way by Cathay Pacific (CP) while loading in the four areas of the plane. Those of us that we're physically able could not help those with mobility issues because of the proximity of the seating, I could not pre-check or request different seats on the CP website. I think that this was because of issues with the website, apparently due to IT system communication between American Airlines and Cathay Pacific.......on all six flights. On the transfer in San Francisco, Customs was closed when we arrived in San Francisco and we had to haul all of our baggage from one terminal to the other. There was no direction on how to handle this issue of Customs being closed while on the flight to San Francisco. I had to explain the issue of to the CP customer service crew in SF. The CP desk and they had never heard of it. American Airlines was equally poorly trained. I will also say that while at the CP customer service, there were three young adult males that we're not busy at the time and the watched us unload the baggage carts onto the scales and conveyor and then reloaded on to the carts to push to the AA terminal. We handled the bags two additional times because the CP staff did not know what to do and how to handle it. Other passengers were confused as well. I traveled internationally to Asia three times now on CP and the first two were excellent. In the past had had flown other carriers on out trips to asia. This experience on this flight was beyond bad. I had plan on several more trips to Asia the next three years, and I will say that at this point, I will not fly CP again. Something needs to change. A call to me is in order. I witnessed several gaps in CP systems and other issues with training the staff. Your survey did not specify the flight crew. Except for the loading issues and the lack of information about Customs being.closed at SF, the service was world class...what I had come to expect from CP"

The rice dishes were gone both times when the food got to me. I can understand if it was just one meal, but it was disappointing that I wasn't able to eat rice during the whole 15 hours of trip. It would also be understandable if the row right before me wasn't served 20 mins prior to us, and the row right after me wasn't served 15 mins before us. I just couldn't understand how it was arranged. Maybe I should've ask for service right before they start serving meal."

Ce vol était opéré par United qui n’a, manifestement, pas de hauts standards de service pour la classe business

When leaving Florence we arrived at the airport 2 1/2 hours before our flight. There were 100's of people waiting to check in for several different international flights and only 2 people working at the check in counter issuing tickets and checking bags. Many people were missing their flights and trying to figure out how to get home. We waited over 3 hours on the lines along with most of the other people on our flight. There were several altercations between travelers and ticketing agents. I am not sure if they held the flight or if we put on a later flight running through the airport to board. There were no other people in the airport at security or shops or anywhere just the crazy international flights area. When we arrived in Switzerland for our connection we were very late and again running through the airport to barely make our connection. When we did arrive in Newark our luggage did not. Also I had ordered a gluten free meal when I booked the flight and they did not have my request so I was unable to eat on the plane. If you are asking about allergy meals they should be available or I would have brought my own food on the plane. On a positive note, the blankets and pillow were a nice comfort for the long flight. They also checked our carryon for free so on our sprint through the airports we weren't dragging bags with us too.

I miss the old swiss air this new airline is not the greatest.I am swiss travel back and forth between the us and Switzerland ten times a year and I really think swiss is the bare bones of airlines thank you

Certains des repas laissaient à désirer.

Du moment que l’on paye pour choisir ses sièges (bébé, espace pour les jambes…) tout se passe bien. Sinon pas de possibilité de s’arranger avec les autres passagers. Et le check in online marche très bien, très rapide à l’aéroport

J’ai demandé plusieur fois qu’on m’aide avec mon bébé car je n’avais pas acheté les sièges avec couffin à l’avance mais personne n’a pu m’aider du coup 11h de vol avec le bébé sur les genoux

J’ai eu trop d’informations différentes du personnel de Turkish Airlines concernant les sièges équipés de couffin pour les Bébés donc finalement nous n’avons pas pu en obtenir un

Short layover would have been better.

Major issue was a delay of about almost 1:30mins and comparing to North Atlantic flight it was a better shape

The aircraft had a defected Aircon and they let us wait in the airplane suffocating from the hot air for over an hour. They were trying to fix it, while we were in it and there was no official announcement the whole time. First after a lot of people were complaining they started explaining and giving us some water. Awful experience.

About Covid. The thing is that you cannot submit it unless you as a passenger fill out an Austrian address. The electronic form does not have the option to rule out staying in Austria and indicating that you are transiting in Vienna. I had to fill that form out (at the Address in Austria section) with sentences like “not applicable” “transitting” and also had to google the Vienna Airport address for the zip code so it could be submitted. The form forced me to fool the it. Not cool. Frustrating."
