Sorry to be harsh but I don't know how you're getting 9.0+ scores from the other customers. Yeah your flights are cheap but your seat options suck and the movies weren't good enough to make up for it. D+. You get what you pay for I suppose but your tix weren't that much different from the other more comfortable airlines."

I had assumed that Turkish would be like it's other middle Eastern airlines line Emirates or Qutar but they are not. I would take my business elsewhere"

Nothing in the email said which terminal the flight would depart from or that it was actually turkish airlines. Very irresponsible and communication for customers should be much clearer. Luckily we were very early for the flight or it could have caused a serious problem."

Points négatifs : "If you sit the the second cabin on the 777 they run out of buns and champagne by the time they get to you which is unacceptable for business class and they only finished the meal service 2 and a half hours into a 10:30 pm departure flight which is way too slow. They tried to lie to me that they didn't have champagne but I saw them opening 2 bottle when I went to the front lavatory. Between meal services crew is non existent."

Points positifs : "They were really good with checking in my excess baggage and my two cats. Cats travelled well and arrived as expected. Check in at O'Hare was very friendly. In the air, flight attendants were very accommodating and friendly. All luggage and cats arrived! The plane from O'Hare to Austria was very nice!"
Points négatifs : "I think I have gotten used to Asiana's and Korean Airlines'. It just didn't seem to measure up to their business class service. The food (which has been highly rated!) I found to be just mediocre. Maybe it's because I was living in Asia for eight years and had become more accustom to asian cuisine?? I didn't love the seat either. When you recline, your feet are cramped inside a small area under the seat in front of you. It was cramped. The ability to customize the seat recline was limited. I like being able to move the head and feet into my own customized position. The business class seats from Vienna to Amman felt like coach."

Points négatifs : "My parents were traveling, they dont speak english and I verified with Austrian airlines that they would be assisted at the gates and that they had the correct visas for each airport they had a layover in. I was assured there would be no problems. Upon boarding they were not able to get on their flight. I have never had so many communication issues and frustrations in the middle of the night with an airline. disappointed."

Points négatifs : "Our flight was delayed by three hours due to “technical problems“. We were never updated during the weight and when we were told that the flight was canceled everyone was told to go back to the ticketing area to pick up their luggage and to find other options. When we were almost halfway there we were told to turn around and that the flight in fact was not canceled. The food was mediocre at best in the service on the plane was in adequate. They were understaffed and staff to peer to be stressed and fatigued. The seats were small and cramped and not well padded in the economy section. We are going to be flying on Lufthansa in the spring and will hope that their services are better than what we experienced on Austrian air."
