Can you guess what the plane smelled like by the time we landed? Let's discuss the fact that passengers had to be "shuttled" to the plane because of construction. I paid additional for Group 1 boarding, so great I got to get on the shuttle first. Those that came after me also were the last to board the shuttle and the first to get on the plane. Thanks, American, for showing me again why I use you as a last resort. Had I known it was American and NOT Finnair, as I purchased it, I would have re-thought my purchase.

Points positifs : The overall experience was great! I was extremely satisfied. I thought the crew was very kind and the extra touch of bringing ice cream to everyone as a treat was perfect for our family that had to restless little boys.
Points négatifs : I did find it strange that the only brought the drink cart around once during the 9 & 1/2 hour flight. It was a cost savings approach more than anything. For the crew, I am sure it was also a time savings approach. When going to find another drink, it was clear supplies were also thinning out.
