This airline is disaster. They trielt live on the planet don’t give a &$!@ Made us buy new tickets for the following day for a type o on the ticket. They just didn’t care...

They kept me and my two year old in the plane for almost 4 hours and told us that we will take off every ten minutes, but obviously we never did. We got rebooked for the following day. They provided a small room to stay in and $7 wach for food. They treated us like a huge inconvenience. We had to pay for food, my husband had to take another day off work to come get us. This airline is shameless. We are spending more money to with a different air line next time.

Flight cancelled due to overbooking, notification received while I was en route to the airport. Was assured I would be on the flight for the following day. Awoke next day and called airline to confirm, they stated my refund had been processed, I would not be on the flight, and there was nothing that they could do for me. I was forced to rent a car and take a completely different flight from another airport at a much higher price. Never again.

I have traveled with different airlines such as Delta, France and America airline to near and far places and they have all given something to eat but this one NOTHING, not even water, you had to pay for it. This airline was the worst, first they wanted to charge me for my suitcase that I was bringing in which 50 pounds were free. Another reason was because I asked an airy one if it was possible for me to change to another seat since there were manyyyy empties seats in whixh she said/meant no; but the worst thing is that i still have one more flight with this airline. Im sorry if i am been selfish but this is how i feel.

flight was delayed for 6 hours in boston and once tge flight arrived in iceland it took 3 hours for layover , it supposed to be 90 minutes layover. Not happy with the service. eventhough passenger needs to pay for the food on international flight, thats strange and ridicolous.

The cost of the ticket was perfect, very affordable. I didn’t have a meal included, but was surprised that I was never even offered water worth the other passengers as attendants went down the aisle. I was completely looked over.

I was VERY surprised to witness such unfriendly, mannered attendants. No smiles. No excuse mes or sorry when bumping in to someone or needing to get by. I felt like I would’ve put them out too much to ask for ANYTHING.

Flight was 2 hours late, causing a missed flight. Baggage took 90 minutes to arrive. The airline provided no info on connections as hundreds of passengers stood around for an hour and then chaos reigned as all rushed to get rebooked in only two lines. Nobody got rebooked until the next day and had to stay overnight in hotels with a voucher that provided only minimal food after a 15 minute walk to a fast food restaurant. the following day we were rebooked to Copenhagen rather than Berlin, with no guarantee of a connecting flight. I was forced to buy another ticket on another carrier in order to make my own wedding.

There were TVs

The process to check in in nyc was unbelievably disorganized, inefficient, and superfluous. The planes were consistently late. thw staff was rude.

We landed.

Without updating passengers they never even said they were putting us on a shuttle bus to an unmarked white plane that was not a Norwegian Dreamliner as presented but some charter plane from Portugal. We were locked in the buses for an hour without and word or update looking at the Airbus 330. The plane was a very old version and the “premium”seats were hardly bigger than economy and we never were offered pillows, blankets, drinks until we begged for them nor any explanation. Etc. I am done, done, done with Norwegian airlines.

The plane is new, clean, and has a good entertainment system.

The airline failed to inform that upon check in they would weigh carry on's and if they were over 10kg you would have to check a bag for $65. 3 stations and over an hour later, people were furious. Also, if you didn't book a premium ticket the flight staff didn't want to deal with you. Asking for water incurred a nasty look. I was surprised by the lack of customer service and therefore I don't plan to fly this airline again.
