On m'a promis de trouver une solution pour qu'à la fin la personne ne vienne même pas me dire en face qu'il n'y avait pas de solution. Points négatifs : It would have been nice to know if each meal contained cheese, as oposed to just general "chicken and rice" and "noodles with marinara and cheese" It turned ut the rice was in a cheese sauce, and i could not eat it, and could also not eat the alternate option. Please think about giving out a detailed list of ingredients for the in flight meals so we can make more informed choices when we have food restrictions!

Points positifs : Apart from over priced in flight food and drink, uncomfortable seats I was treated awfully on return flight from Newark by one attendent. I will be writing an official complaint today. I was charged a ridiculous price $100 for my carry on bag that was checked as free personal item on first trip. Lack of available information or internet at boarding gate was shocking. I explained multiple times I had the correct dimensions of bag and it was smaller then people's rucksacks who got on before me and were not charged. Besides this the whole thing was handled very badly by the boarding crew there with the lady being very rude to me, I was quite shocked and upset getting in plane. I had no money left on my visa afterward to even get food or drink in airport stop ever which was delayed.

Points positifs : NOTHING. My experience won't fit in the negative comments, so I'm starting it here. (1/4) We had a 21 hour layover in Iceland, so we left the airport for the night. The next morning, on our way to the airport, we tried to check-in online, but the online check-in service was not working. We arrived about two hours before our scheduled departure and had to wait in a long line since the online check-in service was not working. We checked our bags and ran into our first unfortunate encounter with the airport staff. He sent my friend's bags through, without checking the weight. When he weighed my bag, he then noticed that the first bag sent through was overweight, and mentioned that he had made a mistake. He decided to weigh both our bags together as one entity (to equal 88 lbs.) and made me empty out my suitcase of the extra weight from not only my single bag, but the extra weight from the first bag, as well. He said it was too late to retrieve the first bag, so my friend and I had to divvy up my stuff between our carry on bags. Had we known the first bag was overweight, we would have been able to easily taken stuff out of our OWN suitcases and into our OWN carry ons. Which would have been helpful for what was to come... We then walked through the foodcourt to buy some overpriced snacks for the plane. When we decided it was time to go to our gate, we passed a horrifically long line of people that we assumed couldn't be the line to get through customs, because the last few times we had been at this airport, there was always a maximum of 20 people in line. Once we realized that this line was for customs, we asked an employee working the line if we'd be able to make our flight on time if we had to wait in this line. He said not to worry, that we would be okay, because all of the airlines were notified of the unexpected delay at customs. We patiently waited in this line, and as soon as we were through, ran to our gates. At this point, we knew we were going to JUST miss the time for the gate to close, but were consoled by the fact that the employee at customs had told us that the airlines were notified that some of us would be late arriving due to the unexpected delay and line. We arrived at the gate, and the airport staff working the gate laughed in our faces and told us it was too late. They said they never heard from anyone about any delays at customs, and that the transportation bus to the airplane had left ten minutes ago. "Too bad!" they said. How could it have left ten minutes prior, if the gate said it had closed only a few minutes before we arrived? A lie. We asked about our luggage.

Points négatifs : (2/4) They said that they would notify the plane, and the bags would be taken off, and that we could find them at baggage claim. So let me get this straight - the plane can wait for someone to sift through all of the baggage, find our bags, and remove them from the plane, but wouldn't allow us to take the probably less time to just get on the plane? We asked if there was anyone from WOW that we could speak to, and they pointed us in the direction of another gate. Once we got to that area, there was another group of people that also missed their flight due to the unexpected line at customs. They were speaking with a lady who was telling them that no one from WOW was at the airport, they all went home for the day. We also attempted to talk to this lady, but she was in a hurry to leave for the day, as well, and was very dismissive and talked to us in passing. On our way to baggage claim, we passed customs, which by this time, had no line. We spoke to three people that were standing in that area, and were looking for the guy who told us that our plane was notified of the delay. He was no longer around, but the staff standing there had said that they were unsure why we were told that any aircrafts were notified of delays because that was not true, and that they also were not even ALLOWED to tell travelers this information. So.... the guy that we spoke to in the customs line lied to my face, and was not even allowed to tell us what he did. This infuriates me for MANY reasons. If I had known that we would not make it through the customs line in time, I would have politely asked other travelers towards the front of the line if we could pass them. Most people are very nice, and would of course let us in front of them. I know I would have done that for someone. But instead, since a KEF AIRPORT STAFF told me that MY PLANE WAS NOTIFIED OF THE DELAY, I patiently waited in line. Yet another lie. We finally got to baggage claim, and spoke with one of the employees there. He told us that he was not aware of any bags coming back in, but it usually takes about 30 mins. At this point, it probably had already been that long, but my friend waited anyways. Meanwhile, I went back to the check-in area to see if there was anyone available to talk to about the circumstances, or if there was another flight we could get on because both my friend and I had to work the next day. There was no one anywhere, except for at the the Icelandair counter. The woman I spoke to there was very nice (shocker), but there was nothing she could do, that all of the flights leaving the airport to the US for the rest of the day had just closed their time for purchasing tickets. If we had not been lied to and if the staff had not been rude and pointing us in all different directions, I probably could have gotten us on a flight out that night. But yet again, we JUST missed the mark due to being misinformed and mistreated by the airport staff.

Points négatifs : I did not receive any communication regarding the flight delay. I made it to the airport 2.5 hours before the flight to be safe and was told upon check-in that the flight was delayed for 3 hours, which then became 4 hours. I did not receive any communication from the airline. There were no explanations as to why our flight was delayed. Also, we were given 12 euro food voucher for each passenger. There was only one cafe in the area after security check and they did not accept the food voucher for actual food. They would only redeem our food vouchers for water, juice, sodas, desserts and, for some reason, only tuna sandwiches. A lot of passengers were visibly upset because the cafe only had one person on staff, the line was over an hour to order and then we were told it was not redeemable for sandwiches, salads, beer or wine. Also, the boarding process was chaotic and they did a poor job communicating which sections they were boarding and people started to form multiple lines. The in flight entertainment was pretty bad. Movies were very limited compare to other airlines. Overall, the whole experience was disastrous. I don't think I will be flying Norwegian again. I would rather pay a bit more for better service.

We assumed there would be a cheese pasta option, as there usually is, well we were completely wrong. Both options were meat, even the salad had meat in it. Points positifs : The plane was clean and seats were comfortable considering 2.5. hour flight; all crew members were nice and friendly; there was some food available for purchase but we didn't buy it since we ate at the airport before the flight. I would definitely fly again.

Points positifs : This was a 12 hour flight that didn’t feel like 12 hours. They movies and other entertainment was very good with new and older movies that didn’t disappoint. The food was great all the way through to the farewell piece of chocolate.

Points négatifs : The seats on this flight were very tight. I am 5’8 and felt super cramped. The seats themselves were not that bad just small and not a lot of space. If you fly with them don’t expect to kee anything under the seat with you. Also the whole boarding process is a big cluster! There is no real organization to the line or who they are boarding. Make sure you get in the line quickly or you could be waiting awhile.

Points positifs : Lufthansa will always be my choice airline. Their staff are nicely dressed, accommodating and well mannered.

Points négatifs : On this trip back to Dublin, our flight from Munich to Dublin was delayed for over two hours. It would be nice for Lufthansa to at least offer the passengers something to eat or drink while on board waiting for such a long time.

Points négatifs : It would have been nice to know if each meal contained cheese, as oposed to just general "chicken and rice" and "noodles with marinara and cheese" It turned ut the rice was in a cheese sauce, and i could not eat it, and could also not eat the alternate option. Please think about giving out a detailed list of ingredients for the in flight meals so we can make more informed choices when we have food restrictions!

Points négatifs : It was IBERIA Flight: -Video remote did not work well and the touch screen did not work well. -There was no vegetarian option for food--and food was not that good. -There was a check in for Business class but then for actual boarding there was only 1 line and it took almost 30 minutes to Board and we waited in long line. -Maybe the crew did not understand English so well. Points négatifs : We had a 5:35 am flight and the plane was 1/2 hour late to gate. By the time it got there, we spent over 1 hour sitting at gate loaded up waiting for weather to clear. It was fine when it was supposed to be there. Therefore, this was not initially a weather issue. Our connecting flight is 12 hours after Our schedules flight. I have a 1 year old toddler. Customer service rep less than sympathetic personality.

Points négatifs : Economy seats are less than desirable. I’m alarmist positive I booked premium economy in kayak. Never checked my booking and notice economy later. Could have gotten the same price for premium economy elsewhere. Super pissed
