Points négatifs : Our flight was not operated by Lufthansa but by United Airlines. We received no email notification of this change and were very confused when we arrived at the airport and Lufthansa employees told us they don't operate a flight direct to New York. The flight was very nice with United but notice of this change was needed.

The following baggages having the bagage tags: LH 093506 and LH 093492 did not arrive at final destination Montreal YUL! Please investigate ASAP and get back to us! I've spent upon arriving at home two hours on the phone and customer service representatives from YUL were totally not helpful in solving the problem!
