Points positifs : Planes are newish and comfortable. Decent amount of room in economy. Very good entertainment system with a not of great Nordic content (Swedish, Danish and Norwegian movies) Food was pretty good for an airplane. The service is excellent. I slept through the meal service, but they still made it a point to get me a meal when I woke up. Old fashioned tea and coffee service, with a steward going up and down the aisles with proper tea and coffee pots. Very professional, a high end feel to everything.

Points négatifs : My center seat, which was assigned, put me in an extremely uncomfortable position physically for the entire 14 hour flight. My two seatmates extended physically into my space, and minimal legroom meant by knees were pressed against the seat in front. I was not happy at the lack of seat choice.
Points négatifs : The flight was late arriving, so consequently we had to pay a taxi to hotel, as shuttle had finished for the night. Air Canada staff let people know 10 mins prior to boarding that we needed the app to view movies in-flight. Most people couldn't download quick enough, & airport Wifi was not optimal
Points négatifs : Not enough washrooms for # of people. Denied us of from WR. Food carts blocked WR access to most people for long periods of time.
Points négatifs : They didn’t put enough fuel in the tank and the pilot only noticed when we were next in line to take-off so that led to a 30 minute delay. Some terrible seat designer put the call button and light control on the armrest exactly where your elbow rests so every few seconds you would here a call bell.
Points négatifs : I was sitting right in the front near the first class area, and I needed to use the washroom, I was refused and ordered to use only the other 2 available ones at the back of the plane. It’s not much to say, but it’s weird to have only 2 stalls for the whole plane, and one stall for only about a doze
Points positifs : The actual boarding functioned ok and despite a late departure we got to Brussels ok. They also announced our boarding gates which helped.
Points négatifs : The check in was shockingly bad. I had pre-checked in, but that did not help. I got put in a line for people who had not checked in. It was not possible to ask to be in the right line. Most of the people behind me were moved to another line while we waited for 30 minutes. When I mentioned the ground crew, who had long conversations with the people checking in, he said it was not their fault at all. It was not impressive.

Points négatifs : There was someone that pooped themselves, another that threw up, and the flight attendants were so rude. They kept spraying stuff in the air and even those of us sitting, so much in fact I had an asthma attack and had to use my inhaler. When I told the attendant, she said "theres nothing I can do," and kept spraying the air with this awful spray. The flight harmful to my health, exhausting, and uncomfortable. BEWARE OF THIS AIRLINE! I would have preferred not gone on my trip then fly this airline!

Points négatifs : I am handicap, I travel with a scooter. We let them know months in advance and still they did not plan or assist. My scooter was not brought up in Brussels or DC, I refused to leave the plane in DC until they finally brought it to plane. They sat me in row 38...I can only walk a few feet so the airline failed in every aspect...epuc fail. I will never fly Brussels airlines again.

Points négatifs : Plane seemed a little worn, which surprised me since it was an A380. Not that old. I had purchased an upgrade to a seat with more legroom, only to find out there was no USB plug for charging my phone. All standard seats have them. Would have been nice to be warned about that.

Points positifs : The crew is excellent. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. Both on board and at the desk inside the airport. They listen to your needs and respond the best they can. Seats are comfortable enough for Economy. Good selection of movies to watch. The flight was on time and arrived even a little earlier than expected.
Points négatifs : The food was filling, but not particularly tasty. For those seated toward the back, there was no choice. Although maybe there was no choice to begin with. Normally, on international flights, for the first (bigger) meal at least, you are given two choices, such as meat or vegetarian, beef or chicken. The food itself wasn't great. The salad was below average on both flight, from and to Chicago. So was the desert. Drinks are offered once with each meal in very small glasses. Although there is a bottle of water from the start.

Points positifs : Great equipment. Decent entertainment, sparsely filled cabin. Seat change to isle request before boarding readily made with no fuss. I noticed that passengers could actually make out pa announcements both at PDX and in flight. Doesn’t bother me anymore when I can’t but can be very concerning to anyone who rarely flies. Never understood going to the trouble of making announcements both pre-boarding & on-board pre-flight, that no one can even make out. That was not an issue here.
Points négatifs : Better lumbar support is always appreciated, adjustable lumbar would be very nice and could make or break an entire flight. No seat on any flight should ever be even the slightest ill repaired. Again, this equipmemt all seemed great. Lastly, since I prefer to always have a water, coke or coffe and or snack in front of me during entire flight, a bit of self serve (grab a water, coffee or snack yourself without having to make staff work a simple task would be nice on every flight. The flight from SEA-DUB was basically great and equipment is always of the utmost importantance.

Points négatifs : Had to cancel trip due to avalanche risk and snowed out resort. In order to claim insurance CSA travel protection I need a copy of flight fare rules. But JustFly will not send me a copy of those rules. Some crazy policy that requires I pay $150 cancellation fee in order to get those. If I own the ticket don't I have a right to know what the rules are? CSA and JustFly have created a catch 22. CSA requires something to make a claim but JustFly won't provide it!

Waited 2-1/2 hours on plane before departure because crew was terribly ineffective boarding passengers that were re-routed from another flight. No weather or mechanical issues, bad decisions.

Points négatifs : It was IBERIA Flight: -Video remote did not work well and the touch screen did not work well. -There was no vegetarian option for food--and food was not that good. -There was a check in for Business class but then for actual boarding there was only 1 line and it took almost 30 minutes to Board and we waited in long line. -Maybe the crew did not understand English so well. Points négatifs : The crew at flights run by Iberia were particularly unpleasant. Special those in the flight from Madrid to Miami. Ladies we’re particular rude and aggressive when talking to me and my daughters. Basically as if they were doing us a favor wile doing their work.
