When we got to the airport it cost us $130 each to check our bag which we were told it would have been around $50 if we had done it online ahead of time (if we knew). $130 per bag is excessive for checked luggage and we were extremely frustrated and disappointed. I like to fly Virgin when I can due to comfort but that experience left much to be desired."

They put my husband and I in an exit row and my daughter at the back of the plane with strangers. I was not comfortable with strangers being responsible for my child. I assumed they would seat children with at least one parent. We did ask to move at the gate and the accommodated us with the last row on the plane. No recline, no window, and right next to the bathrooms. We took it to be with our kid but this policy needs to be revised. Kids should always be seated with the adult responsible for them... who knows what kind of person might end up next to my child. Not to mention if she had needed something is the stranger gonna take care of it? It’s just a bad practice imo."

I was finally able to upgrade at the delta check-in counter for a higher fee than usual (ontop of the perfered seat upgrade I already paid for). I waited 1.5hrs after takeoff before I called staff for a drink. Over 2hrs before they officially started serving main cabin drinks and snacks. There was some turbulence but they could have served people by hand without the cart. They had no problem serving first class before, during and after takeoff."

Dès l'embarquement, un goodie-bag à été remis à tous les passagers. Une fois à bord, un repas à été offert gratuitement, spécialement pour ce premier vol. Tout au long du vol, les agents de bord ont effectué un travail incroyable, en offrant collations et rafraichissements aux invités, le tout toujours gratuitement. Ce fut une expérience mémorable."

Points négatifs : "Where to start. Booked a higher priced ticket as layover was minimal. Westjet later emails, saying layover is now 7 hours?!?! We booked a connector with air canada with only a 2hr layover. We decided to keep the checked bags on the Westjet later connector to be less hassle. Westjet agents at airport did not mention that you cannot do that. So it wasn’t until we arrived at the layover point, we were told we had to pull the bags and re-check them in with Air Canada, go through the whole rigamarile of checkin, baggage check, and security. Not something you want to deal with when you are at the tail end of a red-eye flight. So thumbs down. In Westjet’s defense, they did give me a 200 dollar credit toward a future flight when I kicked up a fuss about the change to a 7-hour layover."

The metallic one folding down from under the seat in front cannot be secured back and is always in the way if the passenger needs to stretch his/her legs. This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better."

Je comprends pas qu'on travaille en aéroport en plus pas nous indiquer ou même le site au-delà de 15 jours voir d'autres pays quand on y va il nous faut un visa c'est inadmissible de perdre 1000 € sans compter qu'ils ont même pas fait un geste pour au moins reprendre un vol ça ne coûte plus cher que si on prenait un voilà par. Je recommande pas la compagnie Vietnam Airlines ce sont des gros voleurs des escrocs"

Comfort - Window seats are too hot, middle aisle seats are too cold 3. Thankfully they do have halal offering. Now if they will even let me choose that I am allergic to seafood. Glad for the chicken. This is very inconvenient when deboarding because I have to wait for many others to pass before I get a chance to walk towards the back of the plane to get my luggage."
