Points négatifs : The flight from Rome to Dublin was 1 hr. Delayed (aer lingus also)therefore we missed our connecting flight to Los Angeles we missed our flight.

Points positifs : On a 7 hour flight you want comfort. It was so smooth and easy. Watched movies, read, just relaxed. I've flown with Aer lingus before and it was just as amazing. I will ALWAYS use Are Lingus when I fly to the UK or Ireland and Shannon is a Gem of an airport. Most amazing airport I have ever been to!

Points négatifs : plane was so old, the seat was worn out and terribly uncomfortable sitting on it for 8 hours. It also had about a 2 inch gap of missing seat cushion. plane was very dirty. service was not friendly.

Points négatifs : Our bags were lost, no apologies (in fact, the phone was put down on me twice), when the bags were returned after 24 hours, one was damaged and had to be replaced at my expense....no chance of a refund. My family and I will NEVER TRAVEL WITH AER LINGUS AGAIN....the worst airline in the world
Points négatifs : They lost our luggage and we can't reach anyone who can help us find it. The customer service people are very unhelpful

Points positifs : The crew on the plane and at the Dublin airport were nice. We haven’t made it to Dubrovnik. Plane from Newark was delayed, we missed our connection, our luggage was misplaced, then they didn’t have another flight until the next day, and they sent us to a hotel that didn’t have any rooms available.

Points négatifs : Plane delayed at one airport and again for 15 agonizing minutes at Dublin as an Aer Lingus ground crew forgot to turn on a parking indicator according to the pilot. Then nearly missed connecting flight made it by running. Nobody would allow someone to move faster through lines for a connecting fligh

Points négatifs : The boarding process could have been better organized. For example by seat number like other airlines do. Having everyone board at once was a bit disoriented.
Points positifs : I liked the fact that Aer Lingus screwed up so badly that I got to fly United back to Chicago instead of Aer Lingus.
Points négatifs : They could have gotten us to and from our destination on time. Ten hours late coming in and 24 hours late getting out. They could not have lost our luggage for 5 days. The logistics people haven't a clue. I feel sorry for the customer service people who have to work for this organization.

Points négatifs : A 1 hour wait for wheelchair assistance in Houston and then a 30 minute delay for wheelchair people to take my mom to baggage claim. Then the wheelchair attendant kept complaining she wouldn't receive a good tip to take us to the Lyft pickup area.
Points positifs : Delta treats people like friends. That’s all it takes to be successful. Delays are easy, mechanicals are easy. Great friendly team.
