Points positifs : The crew was great!!
Points positifs : Nothing, very poor seating, to me it felt like that Condor think we are small in Europe. I’m 1,85 and my knees are pressing against the seat in front the entire flight. Nothing from Condor is for free, not even a glass water. On my 20 min flight from Tenerife to Las Palmas Canary Air serves a complimentary glass water.....

Points négatifs : The business class seats were not comfortable. There’s not a lot of room. The flight attendants were not the nicest.

Points négatifs : Treat passengers like they aren’t an imposition-dinner & breakfast were tossed at us, beverages weren’t available until long after dinner was finished, it took 15 min to get a response to the call button, then I was told I needed to get a drink myself from the galley.

I find it very disappointing that there is a fee to select a special meal such as vegan or kosher, the breakfast meal was also mediocre
Points positifs : Aircraft was spacious and modern, food was the best I have had on any trans Atlantic flight in ten years.
Points négatifs : Check in was a shambles one hour forty minutes this could be reduced right down too many repetitive questions , security was also awful the staff need a poke with a cattle prod to speed them up, boarding was poorly handled.
Points négatifs : Boarding was done through a shuttle to the tarmac where the plane was parked. This eliminated the advantage of having boarding priority which was important since one person in our party had mobility issues.
Points négatifs : Actually having a seat would have been nice. When I arrived at the airport I was told I was on standby and did not have an assigned seat. I was forced to pay an additional €90 how to secure and upgraded seat. I will never fly this airline again

Points négatifs : There seems to be a problem with the organization of the boarding process. I took COndor to and from Frankfurt - boarding both directions lacked organization. This last flight was a real cluster mess.

Points négatifs : Boarding was terrible, took a couple hours with a huge line and shuttles. They lost my bag and I won't have it for a couple days (supposedly), seats were very uncomfortable, no vegetarian food option and crew shrugged when I asked. Plane was unbearably hot when we boarded.

Several families who had booked their tickets together were randomly assigned seats in the plane. You would think that group bookings would make an effort, especially when young children are involv
Points positifs : Direct route is the main benefit to flying condor, other than the that the airline offers below average customer service and amenities. Even my kids say Condor is the worst airline.
Points négatifs : No kids movies even for purchase is unacceptable for a 10 hour flight during the high season when families travel!
Points positifs : I was able to upgrade to business class at a reasonable rate. It was well worth it and the ticketing agent made it as easy as possible.

Points négatifs : The check-in process was completely unorganized and chaotic. There should have been 7 counters open for check-in, but only 4 were available for flights leaving around the same time. One of the flights was cancelled and nobody knew which line to use as the check-in employees provided no information.

Points négatifs : Food they could have spare a little of food on long haul flight and drinks water, hot drinks were sporadic...had to go and ask.srvice was slow and not so great...even free movies like most planes would have been nice

Only a couple of the many flight attendants seemed very happy to help you or to even be there.
As soon as the plane, the flight attendants started selling items and services ie: $11 codes to watch movies, cigarettes, etc.

Points négatifs : for a tall person the seat spacing is torture for a 10h flight. at the least offer affordable extra legroom. I'd be fine paying 10% more for 10% more space, but not hundreds of dollars

Points positifs : I LOVE the non-stop from PHX to FRA. There are not many direct flights to Europe from Phoenix, and I am very glad that this one exists.
Points négatifs : The flight was two hours delayed. Condor did not send out any information regarding the delay. Really appreciate it when other airlines do.
Points négatifs : Condor asked me to check in my hand luggage due to lack of space. Then they lost it. That happens... But after losing my luggage Condor acts like it is not their problem and tells me I should work with some generic luggage tracker company.
Points négatifs : The person was sitting right next to me was over 500 pound he took half of my seat I did not like that I didn’t pay for the seed to somebody else can sit half of it

What customer service?
Points positifs : The price and nonstop flight was the only positive.
Points négatifs : O am gluten free vegan due to medical issues and they were not able to accommodate me. I could have vegan or gluten free but not both and I would have to pay $18. How hard is it to do gluten free pasta with marinara sauce or veggies over rice? Most of the crew was rude and vary hard to understand and their English was not very good and my German is not very good so it was difficult to communicate. The seats have very little padding and zero lumbar support, thank goodness they give you a mini pillow otherwise my back would have been so bad I wouldn't have been able to walk! I would NOT recommend Condor and will never fly them again!

Points négatifs : Seating is very tight even for a petite 5’1” person like me. My boyfriend was 5’8” and he was definitely uncomfortable with the lack of leg space. If the passengers in front of you decided to put their seats back? You’ve lost even more space and feel closed in. Thankfully the aisle seat next to us was empty so we tried to stretch out a little bit without spilling into the seat entirely. Entertainment was eh. Two movies from the early 2000s (Alvin & the Chipmunks and What happens in Vegas) and an episode of Tom & Jerry and an episode of Modern Family but from Season 5? Not great if you’ve never watched the series.. About their hospitality... My boyfriend and I were completely disregarded and ignored by a stewardess with blonde hair and thick black glasses... Flight: DE2102 that left September 8th from Frankfurt to San Juan. We received our meals from her AFTER she handed meals to the people behind us - this was not the case for other passengers that spoke German, everyone’s meals up until ours was handed in order.. When it was time to pick up the trays she skipped us both times (with our trays ready in our hands to hand to her) - I watched her pick up the trays from the passengers before and after us. My boyfriend did say “Excuse me” but she ignored him - she probably would’ve paid attention if he asked in German.. She even looked at us as she passed by which blew my mind. Her coworker on the other side had to pick up her slack and was very kind enough to pick up our trays even though we weren’t his assigned aisle. It confused me because she was so pleasant with the German passengers but ignored us even when we made eye contact and smile for her attention.. I hate to say this because I give everyone the benefit of the doubt but to be honest I felt discriminated.. My boyfriend is German (speaks fluent German and English) but I felt because of my ethnicity (Asian) he had to suffer for that.. I felt terrible that he was suffering because of me. No one wants that for their significant other or anyone. Another occasion was when another stewardess was handing us our drinks. My boyfriend’s cup was broken and as she passed it over me it spilled all over my shirt. I did gasp from surprise. No apologies whatsoever.. She seemed impatient and grabbed the cup back over only to put another cup under it. I asked for a Sprite but they only had Cola or Fanta so I was totally okay with Cola “Cola bitte”. My German isn’t that great but I did hear her coworker ask why I gasped and she told her that it was because I was surprised they didn’t have Sprite - very untrue. I was shocked and I couldn’t respond. I have never been so disappointed in a flight and the hospitality. I am very forgiving if an incident happens once or twice, but when I see it happen in front of me over and over and over again? That’s where my tolerance unfortunately crumbles. I was on the verge of tears by the end of the flight. I hope I never fly Condor again.
Worst international flight I have ever experienced

Points négatifs : 1. There was no organization when boarding. It was chaotic. 2. For some reason, everyone appeared to have a difficult time finding overhead room for their luggage. 3. The attendants are used more as sale‘s people than attendants. The items they were selling included candy, spirits, and cartons of cigarettes. 4. They only offer two free movies, a few tv episodes, and music. 5. They serve you food twice. No snacks. No alcohol.
Flight delayed and was advised to send my luggage back home
Points négatifs : Flight delayed for more than an hour but we were told we couldn’t check the luggage even though we had already checked in!!! Cleared immigration without being able to check our luggage and the flight still hadn’t landed to even refuel and go through it’s ground checks!Now we’re without clothes for a week!! Worst customer service ever with aggressive non chalant Condor agents worst travel experience ever

Could not book my checked bag through final destination, impossible to collect and recheck in time, lost the bag finally got it two days later. Condor needs to coordinate with other airlines for bag flow. Very unimpressed with Condor will avoid in the future.
