  • La capitale, Séoul, possède deux principaux aéroports, Gimpo (GMP) et Incheon (ICN). Trash they booked a flight that was non existent had to call credit card company for chargeback. Do not fly with them or book through kayak they will cancel ur flight without notification

Kayak messed up the scheduling of our canceled flight and set us back from departing for one whole day

I loved both the ground and flight crews. They're so patient and willing to accomodate us and help solve problems. I only wanted to suggest if they can give us more new or not so new movies to watch.

Lastly, the food overall was mediocre, but that was not as big of a deal to me."

J’ai demandé plusieur fois qu’on m’aide avec mon bébé car je n’avais pas acheté les sièges avec couffin à l’avance mais personne n’a pu m’aider du coup 11h de vol avec le bébé sur les genoux

J’ai eu trop d’informations différentes du personnel de Turkish Airlines concernant les sièges équipés de couffin pour les Bébés donc finalement nous n’avons pas pu en obtenir un

The ticket price is reasonable, the Istanbul Airport is amazing .New clean fun have everything you need it even the shoping price is great, inside the airplane is modern and clean ,the crew the clean the Bathroom after every passenger due to covid, also the give you PPE package to stay clean and safe, the crew staff are organized and friendly, the food is fresh and delicious, I recommend Turkish airline for any one need easy trip from the begging to the end. Ce qui m'a deplu : les retards aux contrôles ont empêchés certains d'être à bord. Leurs bagages ont été retirés, et au final nous avons loupé notre correspondance FRA-Lyon de 10 mn, sans aucune solution alternative (2 jours de grève après; 16 et 17/09).

Plus d'une de retard à l'arrivée à Bangkok sans explication. Ma valise égarée . Le repas très moyen comme maintenant très souvent en classe éco en devient un détail. La valise égarée est un gros problème et après 24 heures, aucune nouvelle

The flight was cancelled…no notification…!!!

The airport shuttle drive ran into a wall, causing a 20 min delay to a connect flight. He only spoke German and most if the travelers in the shuttle bus were non German speakers. The air hostesses were mostly brusk or downright rude.

L’avion avait presque 3H DE RETARD !! J’ai raté mes train à Paris et à bordeaux et j’ai dû racheter mes billets de train !!!!!

L'embarquement a été un peu désorganisé mais le voyage a été excellent à tous points de vue L'équipage, le confort et les services irréprochables ! Bravo à l'équipage Lufthansa (Munich -Montréal ) vous méritez toutes mes félicitations !!! ❤️

I flew business class and although the seats were not as nice as United Airlines they were comfortable. The entertainment selection was great. The flight attendants were most attentive.

Petit avion, rien ne marchait, pas de télé, pas de wifi, tout en panne. Pas de compensation, auraient pu nous offrir quelque chose pour compenser, comme un sandwich ou un boisson gratuite. Très decu6

nous avons dû voyager par AIr France une journée plus tard le 26 juin 2022 vers 15h25. Lufthansa n'a offert aucune commodité en plus d'avoir perdu u de nos bagages

Le pilote a été super le service aux clients. Aucune information pour aider les passagers en correspondance. nous avons ratés notre vol vers Paris

Formalités d'embarquement simples. Le staff à bord sympathique. Assis à côté d'un homme a assez forte corpulence qui mettait en évidence la taille réduite des sièges. Le dîner et petit déjeuner pas fameux du tout, le niveau à encore baissé dans ce domaine.

It was the long delay and standing that was tiring. Then the rushing around to catch the connecting flights was exhausting for everyone I am sure. Airport was crowded. The crew didn't update us on our connecting flights while we were stuck waiting for the bus to take us to the terminal, which caused more anxiety.

My flight was cancelled less than 12 hours prior to departure, and I was bumped onto a vastly less convenient itinerary a day later, cutting into my trip

Notre départ et notre arrivée étaient à l’heure. Nous étions bien servis par les membres d’équipage. Malheureusement, moins d’espace dans ce modèle d’avion que dans les modèles plus récents. Les écrans installés dans les sièges fonctionnent très lentement, donc pas beaucoup de divertissement pour le vol de 8 heures

We had plenty of legroom on the way out but less on the return and also less film choice. Food was poor on both legs and prior to flight, Lufthansa Customer Service was very poor/ non existent

I know it’s covid time, but a small dry snack and a bottle of water would have been nice: ons doesn’t always have rime to buy food while transiting!.

Even through there was a delay in boarding already, the crew kept us well informed. The cabin crew was very pleasant and accommodating. Smooth flight and still made it to our connecting flight on time."
