The staff was great, they helped us with directions more than once. The rooms were clean. The pool was nice. They had a microwave and fridge which we didn't expect for the price. They do need better towels but they were very nice and brought us extra ones. I would stay there again. We got our moneys worth. Thanks. Maybe you might leave more towels in the rooms since they are so thin.

This place was super clean and the room was way more than I expected for the price. We had a big living room/kitchen area with a pull out couch and flat-screen TV and a private bedroom also with a flat screen. The pool was cute and clean but sort of small and cold. The free breakfast wa exceptional for the price. Location was perfect for us because we wanted something close to Sanford airport and the shuttle was free. They also were very understanding about our late checkout. Overall, I was very happy with our stay! Pool was too cold. By summer though water should be warmer.

The location was good. We only had to travel 10 minutes to the airport. THe suites were small and they could also use an additional TV in each suite.
Value. Nice room.clean. desk staff pleasant and helpful . Pool towels. No carts available. Breakfast was hard and cold at starting service time. No dishes or utensils in kitchenette.
I was overcharged and now waiting for refund. However, I was assured I will be refunded within 3 business days. Billing practices.
Guy at front desk was nice. Other occupants were super shady. Floors were uneven. Pillows were misshapen. AC wasn't cold, didn't stay on, was loud, made weird dripping sounds. Shower was just above a sprinkle.
Nice clean comfortable room. Fairly new facility. The area a little shady after dark but nothing bad happened to us or our car. We wouldn't mind staying longer if we had to. Absolutely worst front desk clerk ever !!! Keisha B rudely informed us that all rooms are sold out and there is nothing we can do to get one. Immediately we came back to our car and logged into KAYAK.com, made reservation and came back. She was surprised but had no choice but give us the room. While we were walking through the front desk she sent away another customer. I advised the guy to do the same I just did. IT LOOKS LIKE IT WORKED because I meet him leaving the hotel next morning. My only guess is that she was to busy hanging out with her boyfriend and smoking cigarettes in front of the hotel that she didn't feel like going inside and spending few minutes to check us in. It looks like she is pretty popular in that area because when we were working on our booking in our car she never went inside and even more people came to hang out with her and her boyfriend.
Nothing really except the rooms were a decent size. Otherwise then decent size rooms, everything else was horrible. Drugs all around the motel (inside and out). Prostitutes coming in and out with many different men throughout the week we were there. Things were broken in our room the first day we checked in. Dirty motel- someone spilled rice on the 3rd floor and was never picked up for over a whole 24hrs. Then the biggest part of the stay that pissed us off was we were told our ESA service dog and stay with us before we reserved but when we got there around 11pm they denied us to stay with my Bipolar/ADHD/Anxiety attacks daughter who needs her dog. I slept in the car the first night with the dog and found a boarding place with our vet doc for her to stay with for the week until my daughter's doctor helped us with paperwork to change our ESA service dog to a Psychological Service Dog. When I showed them this so she can stay with us as the ADA laws state they still would not let us stay there, forcing us to move to another hotel that would. This was the worst experience and horrible service I ever received from a motel/hotel and would NEVER refer anyone to stay there.
