Points négatifs :The first van I picked up failed to start after I brought home and packed the van with my luggage. It took me about 30 minutes to reach someone to report the issue. Points positifs :Horrible experience will never use AVR.Points négatifs :For starters, I made a reservation and the office was never open. I waited 2 hours and called the number and no one ever answered or anything. Not even an apology or anything. I had to go to another agency and had to pay more because it was a same day reservation. Points positifs :Absolutely nothing.Points négatifs :This place was shuttered and in the ghetto and did not answer our many calls previous to and during our pick-up time. It is literally a shell of a rental company and a scam. We were left high and dry on a van rental for a family vacation and had to scramble to figure something else out for ourselves after we spent much time driving out to them and trying to get them to respond.
