Pave your parking lot. First car broke down on us but roadside assistance helped us out. Second car was much better. Tire light was on and radio didn’t work, no navigation. Other than that it went well and the staff is very good and easy to deal with.Avis laissé le 24 juin 2022

Our flight was cancelled from London to Glasgow. There was no available alternate flight that day. We called Easirent to inform them we would pick car up next day. They refused our request, cancelled the booking, kept our money and said they would charge us more for not showing up. We had to rent another car next day, doubling the cost of rental for 1 day less use. Do not rent from this company, they are charlatans.Avis laissé le 27 mai 2022

Service was great, very friendly staff and quick check in and check out… wish they had a better car park as entering and exiting was very bunny and pothole filled… a larger sign would help location accuracy, and if the car park was paved then it would look much more inviting and appealing.Avis laissé le 16 avr. 2022

Une véritable arnaque! Le loueur a porté en compte un supplément par rapport au prix annoncé à la réservation. Il n’a rien dit au moment de la prise en charge et ce n’est qu’après avoir vérifié mon relevé de carte de crédit que je m’en suis rendu compte. Après contestation, la justification donnée est que l’assurance de base de la voiture n’est pas comprise dans le prix. Je ne parle pas de l’assurance optionnelle que j’avais refusée de prendre mais bien de l’assurance de base qui est obligatoire pour toute voiture! Cela n’était indiqué nulle part lors de la réservation! Résultat, la location coûtait en réalité deux fois plus cher qu’à la concurrence.Avis laissé le 10 avr. 2022

Took me nearly 2 hours to find the office. Was very disappointed to find out they wanted to block GBP1500 on my credit card and then charge additional GBP 150 for Collision damage waiver for a 1 week hire. The car was advertised at $300 when I booked it on line. This was not clear or advised when I booked the car on line. I did not take the car.Avis laissé le 31 mars 2022
