Points négatifs : Dropping off the car was a problem. There was a line of people in the office in Marsailles and only one person at the counter. The line was for both picking up and dropping off and some people were in a hurry to get to their planes. Finally a customer came in and asked if he could just drop off his keys and the customer service person took them. Then the other four people who were patiently waiting in line to do this asked and she took our keys. No receipt. I had a question about a traffic ticket I got but didn't get to ask it.

Points positifs : Friendly, professional service from their agents. No guilt-tripping hard sell pitch to buy their additional insurance or coverage. Easy in and out!
Points positifs : The car drove fine and we liked the sun roof.
Points négatifs : It had a really bad turning gait and the nav system is not very comprehensive and needlessly complicated steps to operate. Sixt forgot to put the registration in the car and it got towed to the yard and we had to spend an extra hour trying to get someone on the phone who could send us the registration. The place could have charged us a lot more for the missing registration but regardless it was incredibly unprofessional for a car rental company to leave the registration out of the car. We are also wondering why it is so expensive. We had our own insurance and for these prices these days you are convincing people to just take trains and uber in the future. We have already decided next time we will. Especially in Europe where your fuel is so incredibly expensive and there are 2p euros in tolls if you want to drive a few hours. Ridiculous. Unless your prices come down next time we won't be renting a car. Also we feel we should be compensated for the negligence shown by sixt not having put the registration in the car. Thank God we had travel pass or we may have been there for hours and hours instead of just a little over an hour. Either way it was an hour of our honeymoon we didnt want to spend in a tow yard.

Points négatifs : Le bloquage de 1000€ sur la carte de credit alors qu on nous avait annoncé 150€! Le GPS muet ( signalé)et donc non utililisé pendant toute la location car compliqué de trouver comment mettre le volume.

Points négatifs : They tried to claim that I had damaged the car. The original rental receipt clearly called out the existing damage and I fortunately had taken photos. Dealing with that almost made us miss out flight. Then they charged me $100 for fueling when I returned the care with more gas than when I rented it. This location is a borderline scam. Avoid at all costs.
Points positifs : They charge 20 EUR per speeding ticket. My car had all kinds of hair in the trunk.
