9,6 Excellent
Points positifs: The villa was perfect for a family lots of space, kitchen well stocked easy to get to the many pools and main facilities and a twice weekly cleaning service
Points négatifs: It was the end of the season so no extra entertainment provided unfortunately no ice cream either!
10,0 Excellent
Points positifs: The property is in a fairly remote location which was a plus point for us. It is easy to get there if you have a car. We were on the all- inclusive package: the food was good. As it was quiet there in May we would go to the buffet early, otherwise the hot food could be out some time and be cold later on.
7,9 Bien
Points positifs: The staff were very good and we liked the layout of the resort. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable and the gardens were lovely. The food was very nice and it was good to see the extra effort to provide grilled food on the barbeques each night. We’d definitely recommend this resort.
Points négatifs: It was a bit out of the way but that’s not a problem for a short stay.
3,8 Médiocre
Points positifs: They had a washing mashine, so we could wash the sheets :-/
Points négatifs: Totally overpriced, don't know what they mean by 'spa', house was very dirty, we cleaned it a whole day. The stairs were not secured, not great if your heading for childfriendly accomodation. Ants and other pests in the rooms. The sea was quite a far walk, the beach area tiny, we went to the public beach, which was easy to reach and as we could take our car their, even less carrying. The room service did the beds, but didn't change the sheets (which were blood-stained from the mosquito bites) and I don't think they cleaned anything else... Drank a cocktail at the bar, the pina colada consisted mainly of fat reduced milk, with a hint of cocos. Didn't try another. Seen accomodation at booking for nearly a tenth of the price at that area, thought I'll take some luxury but would probably have enjoyed an honest apartment better. (Saw later that the same "hotel" is in booking with a far worse rating, just the "costa" in the name is missing - so much for honesty) They have 8 pools because every 'district' has a pool, so it's not like there was kind of a mini aquapark (which they make it seem in the ad).

Points positifs: It was clean specious 3 bedroom villa but a little bit up to hill and hard to walk to beach for someone have a walking difficulty. Lots of villas this is a huge place but still beach and pools aren’t crowded. Sun beds available all day around. Lovely calming quite place with beautiful views . Staff very friendly especially Mr Mustafa at reception evening shift can sort everything in a calming polite manner. It’s also nice to see staff treated well not working like slaves from morning to late night as they do some other all inclusive hotels. Beach bar lovely place to sit evenings. Great for families with small children but not much evening entertainment for teenagers and young couples . Although a lot during the day around the pool . Entertainment shows start 10 pm finish by 11 pm. I suppose families takes their kids to sleep and gets very quite after that . Beach bar drinks a little bit expensive for Turkey. Well looked after green villa gardens around hotel grounds. Nearest town Akbük is 15 min away with dolmas costing only £2 . 5 Turkish lira each way. You can take a taxi for £10 from villas door . Taxi station just there and run by local village people. They have great manners , trustworthy and won’t rob you off like ones from Akbük. Ask for Mr Mustafa at taxi station by the hotel door . They are cheapest around too. Enjoy your stay . This area is one of the best area not over populated keeps original nature with Olive trees and green hills everywhere. Enjoy your stay . Mostly Turkish and Some British tourist . We were 2 adults and 5 kids between us and all of us loved our holiday here.
Points négatifs: I wrote an email twice asking for a villa near to beach and restaurant telling my walking difficulty . Called a day before with same request, when I arrived reception acted like didn’t have any idea and still gave villa far up on the hill . However I took golf buggy to go villa but couldn’t take it down .
