Points négatifs: L hébergement est super bon personnel bon hotel en revanche cote restaurant c est tout l inverse la nourriture y est correcte mais le personnel de salle est horrible limite impoli.

Points positifs: The staff was great, friendly, and out going. We are not fully Spanish speaking, but they made us feel very comfortable. and the parking option made it very easy to deal with having a car in a crowded city! Very convenient and affordable. Antonio and the other servers in the dining area/bar are very nice and helpful. Wonderful people!

Points positifs: Mise à disposition serviette pour profiter piscine après check out mais c'est le minimum pour un hôtel ****. Personnel à la réception charmant et serviable.

Points négatifs: Très déçue. Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit ; on est arrivé tard ; on a voulu grignoter à 23h : c'était fermé et personnel vraiment peu aimable. On nous a servi un coca de mauvaise grâce. Le lendemain, rebelote, pas de service déjeuner avant 13h30. On aurait aimé snacker en bord de piscine avant de repartir mais nos horaires de repas ne sont pas ceux de l'Espagne. C'est dommage ! Les pelouses autour de la piscine ont également été tondues pendant qu'on y était donc très bruyant; on n'a vraiment pas eu de chance mais globalement, rien n'a été plaisant dans cet hôtel, yc la nuit car isolation phonique très faible : on entendait un bb pleurer tte la nuit !

Points positifs: This hotel caters for people using the casino so the buffet breakfast is good and lasts until midday! The place is very dark but the rooms are good and well-appointed. We had a good dinner in the hotel - it's a good walk to town for an evening meal - and enjoyed a good breakfast. Plenty of secure underground parking if you are travelling.

Points positifs: The location is OK, very good if you have your own car, a bit of a walk if without a car. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is very nice but a bit expensive but the staff - the tall gentleman there at breakfast - has the clients's interests at heart. Good fitness center.

Points négatifs: The hotel temperature was a bit on the cool side - no way to easily figure out how the AC/Heat controls work. It is a casino so, there's not much else but, it is nice.

Points positifs: Quite pleasant, modern decor and good room layout (we were upgraded due slow season). English speaking receptionist (Pablo) was good to deal with. Free parking appreciated.

Points négatifs: Chose room service, ordering a 'burger and a squid roll. Kitchen took almost an hour to deliver. Both meals were cold. Hamburger meat pattie still red-raw inside. Inedible. Too late to re-order, so had to go to bed hungry. Some bathroom fittings loose. Historic town centre quite a distance away.

Points négatifs: Travaux partout dans l'hôtel, on peut comprendre mais là c'était trop. Mauvaise odeurs dans les couloirs menant aux chambres dû a la moquette, accès au petit déjeuner en travaux, mobilier fatigué, petit déjeuner moyen etc.... bref très en dessous de ce que l'on trouve habituellement dans un Hôtel NH Collection. Je n'y retournerai pas c'est clair.

Points positifs: Located on the highway connecting Portugal to Spain, is a very good option if you want to stop for a break to rest. Very clean, comfortable, good facilities and very close to a big mall in case you need to eat something. Definitely recommended.

Always stay here once a year and the standard doesn't change. Plenty of parking and bar serving food at reasonable price attached also fuel station with good prices. To be recommended.

Points négatifs: C'est la 1ère fois que cela nous arrive mais dans notre chambre, il a avait un bruit sourd qui semblait provenir d'un jacuzzi à côté ou au dessus.
