Points négatifs: Il y avait une odeur nauséabonde dans le couloir qui l'a rendu moins attrayant. L'odeur de l'ascenseur était encore pire et il semblait que l'étage de l'ascenseur n'avait pas été très bien nettoyé. De plus, même si j'ai adoré la baignoire à jets, il y avait apparemment des fuites. Mon mari avait eu un appel disant que cela fuyait alors que je me prélassais dans la baignoire. Nous ne savions pas d'où ça fuyait

Because we were there for a few days, it was nice to have the microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot, restocked daily, for our convenience. We will definitely stay there again.

This year they put us in a older apartment that needed upgrade furniture, the dinning table was all scratched up the sofa and chairs need to be cleaned and please get rid of those old bedspreads they need washing or tossing, there was a tear in the carpet that need to be replaced , but last year we had a better apartment and was very pleased

Had to put towels on the floor to keep from getting feet wet. The room was damp and smelled like a locker room. For the price paid we were very disappointed. Don't think I will use this hotel again. One of the rooms we had had two wasps in it.

Points négatifs: We made our reservation 8 months ago, even got a email conformation 4 days before. I went to check in and somehow our reservation got cancelled. Keep in mind we had 2 rooms. I showed them my email and luckily we got the last 2 rooms. We had a king but had to settle for a queen bed. Darlene took great care of us and got us and got us in our rooms. The next day when I got in the shower water was spraying over the shower curtain. The maintenance man took care of us right away. All in all this hotel was nice and clean and the staff, all of them were awesome.

Points négatifs: When I checked in the two people at the counter had their backs turned to me. They didn’t notice me right away and told me I should have said hello to alert them. I stayed in room 225 and there were loud buses outside at night and in the morning. A sign on the balcony said caution failing debris. The bathroom was tiny. I could touch every wall from the corner of the shower. The breakfast area was very crowded and hard to find a table. The room itself is in need of a renovation.

Points positifs: Nous avions une chambre au 9ème étage, une suite pour plus de 128 $. Très bien. Nous avons eu un problème avec les toilettes tard le soir et ils étaient là dans les dix minutes ! Tout le personnel de l'hôtel est très serviable et agréable. Bon bistro et bar sur place.
Points négatifs: Emplacement emplacement emplacement. Et pas de service (navette) pour se déplacer. Trop loin de la ville pour aller à pied aux endroits. Cher de l'aéroport à l'hôtel.

Points négatifs: The floor ice makers didn’t work in our building but I was able to get some from the main building. Not enough pillows on our king size bed but I was able to request and received more pillows. Nothing negative that wasn’t fixed by the staff. So all became good! Hard to find anything to complain about.

Points négatifs: Rather old & a little run down. We did not know it was a motel. The pics online do not show the ‘south tower’ which are motel rooms which is where our room was located. I had stayed here once before in the main tower & looked at the pics online so I had only seen the nice HOTEL rooms with tall ceilings & nice furniture, fixtures, etc. However, the MOTEL room we stayed in with 8 ft tall ceilings was clean but didn’t smell very clean, had older fixtures, furniture, air unit, etc. It was ‘okay’, but more the equivalent of a Best Western ($89/night) motel than what we were expecting a hotel & the price being a deal at $119/night. Super tiny bathroom/shower area with shower ceiling only about 6.5-7.0 ft tall.

Points négatifs: The chair needs to be replaced. It was showing wear and cushion did not support you. It was difficult to get out of. The toilet paper and Kleenex were awful... one ply and scratchy! Bathroom door was broken at the bottom and door to balcony had chipped paint. The room just needed a little TLC.

Points négatifs: The bathroom in #324 was so small. Hard to help kids take showers and even adults to maneuver. It seemed really outdated. Took the kids to the pool and was nice, but for the price we paid and it being cold weather we sure would have appreciated the hot tub and sauna being in order.

They only give you 2 long towels but if you need more you have to go get more but I had to wait just to get service again. But the second time I went the lady was more welcoming. I always wipe everything down with Lysol when I stay because that’s just me but this time when I wiped I have to say it was pretty clean. They should really change the building color it gives a outdated look to it.

Points négatifs: Disappointed in hot tub. With guests in and out for stays, difficult to keep clean and usable. This is something they need to check more regularly. Not the facilities fault if guests do not bathe prior to using common facilities.

Without asking they charged half (1 room because we reserved 2) on my debit card, and the other half on my credit card. Points négatifs: It is an older hotel in need of an update. The walls had primed spots in several places as if they had been repaired and waiting on fresh paint. The A/C unit had a musty smell when operating. Fortunately, the weather was cool enough that we didn't need it on very much. My family has allergies and had symptoms when the A/C was on.
There are no towels in the pool area. Also, if you are staying in the Atrium, you have to walk across an asphalt parking lot to access the water park.
