The wait at pickup counter took about 45 minutes! Budget appeared to be short-staffed as the only person working at the counter was assisting the priority lineup first and did not help the regular line until they were completely done. All the other rental counters were completely empty and the Budget line was about 10 people long. When someone eventually showed up, we told them about how long everyone had been waiting but they didn't seem to care at all. Not worth the wait.Avis laissé le 20 août 2023

We are being charged 500 dollars for road hazard damage to windshield of the rental car. We paid extra per day and was told it was an insurance that took care of the little things that could go wrong. I asked if that was like road hazards and he said yes. When we turned the car in we told them about the dings on the windshield and that they caused by a passing semi truck,,,,,,road hazard. We were told not to worry that it was road hazard and we wouldn’t be charged for it. Then we get charged!!!!Avis laissé le 26 juil. 2023

Good deal, car was great! However. We waited in line almost 2 hours to pick up our reserved car when we arrived in Palm Springs. Only one staff working at the Budget desk, staff person was incredibly composed considering the pressure of the situation.Avis laissé le 17 avr. 2023

There were more than 100 customers standing in line to pick up a car at Budget, and just one employer at the counter. We stood there for about two hours. And sorry, but you know how many people want to pick up cars at a certain time. Very poor!Avis laissé le 3 avr. 2023
