the food was great...the best i eat in bulgaria ever...the area was luxurious and well designed i do not like that the hotel has no activitty for rainy days. if you don`t have the weather to go to the beach is nothing else to do there...except for eating or drinking. some of the staff should improve their welcomeness
The hotel was ok but not a 4 star hotel, maybe 3+. The all inclusive means 3 meals a day + draft juices and atomated nescaffe machines. So if you want a capuccino for example - you'll have to find a bar and pay for it. The food was not so great, it was ok. They don't change the menus. Each evening you'll get the same food, each lunch will be the same, etc. Of course, it's a buffe, but out of the 10 dished they serve, you'll like 2, and you'll keep eating those two. The swimming pools look a lot like public pools and they are really small. Rooms are beautiful and spacious with thick curtains that block the sun effectively. Big comfy beds. It's not really "all inclusive". If you want to drink something non-alcoholic besides coca-cola products - there isn't anything. There are 3* hotels that for 2 Euros offer a caffe-frappe or something besides the draft glass of pepsi, here you don't even have the option of paying for it. The best dishes of each meal are cooked during (not before) serving time so there's always a line of people waiting with their empty plates for a pancake, or fish, or chicken stake, etc. When everyone comes from the beach - no more hot water for the showers (they will say it's only a problem with your room - but it happens every day, at the same time :) ).
The fact that it had a great waterpark within the resort and the location on the beach The food, the drinks, the staff, the entire all inclusive concept, the room (especially the bathroom), the insufficient sun beds
The hotel and the area are very fine. The aqua park nearby is a big advantage and overall we have a pleasant stay. The food is not very good. It has no taste and during our 4 days stay it was almost the same. Also, the beer is "long" and the wine is the worst I ever had. The food is like from a 2 star hotel.
The rooms were spotless, comfortable, clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Very safe & nice location - no cars etc. Weather is always a bonus in the summer. Loved it and will go again! Please do not decrease the level of service! The food was too repetitive. If you stay for more than 3 days, you probably will not be happy to have all the same food every day.
The hotel is part of Victoria Group - Enelite Holiday Village, sharing the same facilities with Atrium, Royal Park, Royal Bay and Royal Castle hotels. There are also some villas. The room was large enough with a nice sea view. The food was not particularly tasty but it was OK. Great animation for kids. Part of all inclusive program you have free access to an aqua park, fitness center, evening entertainment, a night club and more. No beach towels. Low variety of fruits.
There was no meat on everyday meals.
The beach is nice, the complex, it's a place where you can relax and recharge your batteries. The food, very noisy lots of small children, the beach is very small, had problems with hotel/complex personel not undrstanding english.
i didn't like the staff, they told us they close in 2 days and they don't wanna bother anymore . we ask for a remote they were amazed we have a tv in the room there was water all over the floor in the bathroom.the food was awful and the restaurant dirty
1.New hotel, nice rooms and part of a Elenite Resort, excellent location. 2.Included aqua park (you pay just for the sunbeds and drinks). 3.Nice facilities(surfing, canoeing, etc ) although you are never sure for which ones you are supposed to pay extra. 4.Great animation team with various programs for everyone. I did not like the half truths served on the booking.com page of the hotel. 1. They said on the site at the time of booking that there was WiFI in the entire hotel. FALSE. There was only in the lobby, and the signal was poor. 2. The food was bad, most of the time, to be more precise undercooked, sometimes raw and tasteless. This is where they score lowest 3.The stuff was overwhelmed with the number of tourists, and the main restaurant seemed rather to small to handle the situation. 4.The Elenite resort(Atrium is part of it) offers many recreational facilities but they can not really cope with the number of tourists: the a la carte restaurants were always booked, the fitness/gym room was very small and under-equipped.5.Parking facilities awk
