I had a pass with a gate #15 and was waiting in Moscow for the boarding. They changed it to the gate#2. They call my name but the pronunciation was completely wrong. At one point, I became worried and asked for help. AT this point I realized that I had to run to the gate #2 which was a mile away from my gate. To make a long story short - when I reached the gate#2 it was closed already and the company forced me to buy a new ticket to St.Petersbur for $100. I was not alone who was late to the gate.There were several people complaining about the same problem."

There was no way to use the Wifi while flying in route to LAX. No TV's or anything and when we landed, we had to wait on the plane for 35 minutes before the buses showed up. I happy happy we landed safely. The crew was pleasant, but I want a refund for the return portion of my flight and for the upgrades I paid for in advance."

The sign at the gate said departure would be on time but it was actually very late, and they never updated the departure time, they kept us standing in a crowd, shoulder to shoulder like cattle. There was a huge line waiting for hours in the overheated departure gate, everybody soaked in sweat. Only enough chairs for a couple dozen people, old folks fading. On board they ignore you completely, as though you were invisible, unless you have pre-ordered a meal. Press the button for an attendant, none will come. No drinking water available unless you go to the back and ask for it. If you ask a flight attendant for water she will tell you to wait for the cart, then ask again, but to the cart pushers you are invisible unless you have one of their meal boxes on your tray table. Extremely uncomfortable, very narrow seats. You have to pay extra for a pillow or a blanket. This is an airline for masochists who are happy to choose misery in order to save a few bucks. Now I know."

If you like chaos and being treated like a second class citizen, this is the airline for you. Upon arrival at the airport, we were not able to check our bags at check in (you have to pay 80 Euro and go upstairs to do so). When we asked the staff at the front desk, they were blunt and rude and looked at us like we were crazy for even asking to check our bag. At boarding, they called group A to board at a different gate, then proceeded to make everyone stand for the next 20 minutes before giving us the update that they would need another 10 minutes to give us an update. The terminal was so small no one had any room to move or find out what was going on. During the flight, the only in flight entertainment was the map, Titanic (in French), and Wonder Woman. The rest of the channels either didn't work or didn't exist. The flight attendants only spoke to the people who pre-purchased their meals, so don't expect them to acknowledge you if you didn't buy anything. We weren't even offered water on a 7 hour flight, you had to get the attention of the flight attendant so you could purchase water."

The crew were in Wamos uniforms so the connection to Norwegian was completely unclear. The armrest next to mine had fallen off and the life preserver in a row near me had fallen out of the seat. If the interior of the airplane was in such shocking condition, I had to only pray the engine was in better shape. Truly, I wondered if I was part of an elaborate punk the entire time. Flight was delayed on the runway for two hours and then getting to the gate for a half hour. And yet still no food."

They called over 50 passengers up to the desk by name, gave us no reason, and we milled about in confusion. A passenger in a wheelchair who clearly needed someone to push him was told repeatedly to wait while they did NOT call for help, until someone threw a small fit on his behalf... Then they loaded all the wheelchair and pre-boarding passengers dead last. Passenger lists and boarding pass stubs were repeatedly dropped on the floor, passenger confidentiality was disregarded, and the desk staff alternated btwn arguing openly among themselves and not communicating with eachother at all. Points positifs : "I called flight network and was put on hold for about five minutes, simply to get an answer to the question of the baggage allowance - I didn’t see it anywhere when booking the wiz air ticket. They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!"

When I booked my flight I deliberately chose not to check any luggage, spent time planning what to take so that it would fit in a carryon bag, and measured out my liquids into small bottles so that they passed the liquids restrictions: all effort and time spent in vain due to Wizz Air. I was furious!"

To be safe I purchase the extra allowance for large carry on which I paid £19 for on my outward journey. When clearing the check-in gates on my outward journey in London the check Inn clerk informed me that I did not have to pay the large carry on allowance. According to her in my bag but it's been classified as small. On my return journey I decided not to purchase the carry on allowance and I was told that I should have purchase it online instead I had to buy it at the airport at a premium. I won't fly with Wizz Air again."

I was abroad so chasing up details I should have been provided with / were never told that I should have, were not on the top of my to do list. I only found out that I had to check in online and that I hadn't been provided with these details when I arrived at the airport. I spent 30 minutes on hold before the problem was rectified and I was given my online check in details but it was now top late to check in online (by 5 minutes ). The flight was delayed due to a number of things - a late arrival, people being let onto the plane slowly, people not sitting down and allowing the plane to taxi and leave. This had a knock on effect of making the plane land late and for me to miss my connection (train) so basically through last minute.com not providing me with the correct details regarding the flight and the flight then being delayed it tripled my whole journey back home."
