We waited 10 minuted before a young man showed up - no apologies.
He did not give us a contract - he did not take us out to the car to go over anything related to the car.

Simply didn't have our car for Christmas
Points positifs : We did not enjoy any part of our experience. We reserved a car for the holidays months in advance. When we went to pick it up they said they didn't have any cars and told us to try another company 3 days before Christmas
Points négatifs : I live in the Florida keys and my family comes each year to visit for the holiday. I made a reservation for a full size car months in advance with enterprise. When we showed up to pick up the car hours before I was to pick up my family on December 22 with our confirmation in hand they simply said we don't have any cars . They told me the truck that brings them to the office broke down . I asked where and when. They of course had no answer because it wasn't true. If it were they should have called as soon as they knew my reservation was in trouble .. multi national transportation company does not get shut down by 1 truck break down . Luckily Avis was able to save the day. Enterprise did nothing for us and just simply said we can't help you despite our reservation.
kayak advertises vehicles that aren't available
Points négatifs : Inaccurate information. Enterprise didn't have the vehicle I booked online. The manager was very abrasive and she did not offer an acceptable solution. Ultimately, she told me that Kayak was responsible for misleading information.
