Points négatifs : We needed to drop the car off in Salem at 7 pm and at noon no one could answer the phone to tell us whether they had a key drop box because it would be after hours. We were a little worried about whether we were going to be able to drop the car off.
Points positifs : Staff at both ends were professional.there were problems solved.
Points négatifs : I needed to know that a credit card was necessary. Worth making that more important, as important as drivers license!

Points positifs : The staff was ok but didn't accept my driver's license. I had renewed my driver' license with the State of Washington. They punched a hole in the old license and gave me a temporary license from a printer. They told me that the combination of the old license and the temporary license was a valid driver's license but the person behind the counter did not agree. I could not rent the car. Nothing on Kayak warned me of this problem.

Points négatifs : The branch manager was extremely rude and lied about the status of the car. Branch manager made up a story to why I couldnt receive my keys when I walked in the door instead of being honest and stating the car just wasn’t ready. After confronting about lie, branch manager became more and more rude. Vented to employees in customer presence. Worst management and leadership I have ever witnessed in a rental branch.
Points négatifs : Only rental company that is not at the airport. There is shuttle bus from and to the airport. The rate was 4x higher than what I booked and at first the person said I had to suck it up and dispute with Kayak. Luckily other person was able to overwrite the price for me

Points positifs : Price was good and shuttle wasn't too far from terminal.
Points négatifs : Arriving at the airport, we realized Hertz is not located at the terminal like others in Medford. We called for a shuttle and were told our car would not be ready for half an hour. Shuttle driver was not anxious to help with bags. Desk manager complained the whole time about being short staffed.
Points positifs : The staff was friendly, helpful, and patient with us.
Points négatifs : The location wasn't clear when we made the reservation. The site is not located in the airport terminal (as with the many other rental options) but offsite, in a local hotel. It was difficult to locate because of no clear signage at the hotel entrance. Also debit as a payment option is not allowed.
Points négatifs : Jeff was rude.waited at desk for 8 minutes while he was on phone...gave him my licence&debit card.he looked at them and said"I don't open for another 10 minutes!"
Ok.went outside for 11 minutes.
