Great location. Clean. Friendly staff. Reserved a king and was given two doubles due to overbooking. Mattresses were worn out. Given free breakfast for the inconvenience. No hotel parking due to construction. Valet parking was $25. Same price as non-guests.
I booked a king size bed, got two doubles. After asking, i got a new room. New room had trash in the garbage can in the bathroom. And I'm not sure the sheets were clean (bed was not well made and sheets were wrinkled). As weird as it sounds, I was too tired to complain and stayed in the room. one light bulb did not work. Overall, it was pretty dirty.
The room was clean and comfortable. It was right across from the convention center where we attended Women of Faith.
The location is very convenient in reference to OKCs Bricktown. Room was Tiny and basic. $140.00 didn't even get me a mini fridge. Theread was trash in trash can, and towels were not restocked.
Bed was comfortable, and the valet service was great. Housekeeping was rude and took forever to get to our room, and the pool was tiny with a ton of people there.
Location. Staff was nice Rooms need updated with fresh paint and carpet. Paint unprofessional and vents showing water damage or mold
The staff was friendly. Parking options were limited
The location for attending the OKC Thunder game was perfect. It was an easy walk from the hotel to the arena that was mostly indoors. The bed was comfortable and we both slept well both nights of our stay. Don't feel we were given the Deluxe Room we requested and for which we paid. Additionally, the tub filled up with water as you showered and didn't drain out, even overnight. The bathroom was also very small; large enough for only one person at a time. The counter wasn't even large enough to comfortably hold the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, etc. The toilet paper roll was located in a very inconvenient place that was difficult to reach, and the only place towels could be hung was inside the shower.
The breakfast was not free.
Clean spacious rooms, excellent breakfast Reception staff could be a little more engaging and welcoming. Nothing rude or improper, just distracted and impersonal.
Everything was perfect except for check in process - where their is a total disconnect Took time to check in online and then had no record of my check in at hotel. This caused a bit of hassle and frustration....
Best hotel in OKC-best deal- best breakfast. Safe hotel safe bet. Great Staff great everything. N/A
I enjoyed the soft bed, segregated living room from the spacious bedroom/bathroom, the staff was very polite and helpful. The location is concurrently l convient with major highways close by and plenty of places to eat all around. I wish that the TV's let you change the video input settings, but they're locked into the cable input only
Elegant! The whole hotel was very nice. The evening reception was exceptional, custom drinks with fresh vegetables and lots of other goodies to snack on. All you could eat/drink for a couple of hours. For breakfast the "made to order" omelette was fabulous. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Not much to report on this side, the only minor thing was the televisions were not allowed to be changed from the included cable to hdmi so I could watch movies from my device.
The mattress and tv. The comforter
I did like that they are trying to make it better Remodeling is dlow, curtain in our room too small for window, air was turned off so it was smoldering hot in the room, the carpet in hallways is old and smelly. The parking lot is way dirty.
Bed was comfortable. Relatively cheap cost. Hotel in total renovation mode. Overall seemed trashy. Located right off the highway but next to a trucking depot. Bathroom was tiny. Room door wasn't hinged correctly. Hallways seemed eeire/unsafe/incomplete. Breakfast was mediocre/subpar. Overall poor recommendation.
Nothing. Very sketchy place. Windows boarded up, dirty looking. Couldn't allow my family to stay there. Ended up going to another hotel in Bricktown.
Clean. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Was of much less quality than we thought. Not worth the price.
Heavy construction and shabby exterior but the room itself was just fine. Hallways were cluttered with debris.
The bed was clean and comfortable. The carpet was stained. Fixtures bent or torn up, no alarm clock, no blow dryer, tile saws in hallway at 8 am. The signs direct you to vending machines that are not there. Mirror messed up, tiles in shower area broken. Even bathrooms at lobby had issues with low quality or broken items in use. TV was older model and sleep timer did not even work.
The Lady helping with breakfast was very nice. Actual Cigarette ashes next to my bed in the non smoking room. Carpet into the room was stained like something had been drug across it. Shower corners were broken open. Large holes around the sink drain line. Apparent fire sprinkler in bathroom painted shut. Drapery did not close all the way. We checked in about 1:30 AM and the desk clerk was rude and said we did not have a reservation because they did not deal with Kayak. It actually took 15 minutes to check in after he checked our last name that I had given him for the previous 25 minutes. I would not wish this place to my enemies. The hot and cold water taps were reversed for the lavatory.
Beautifully exclusive lobby with an atmosphere only describable by those who have seen it. Filthy. My bed sheets had dried crusty something on them. My shower curtains were filthy as well. Not what I expected from such a high quality hotel.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel had a nice mixture of classic design with modern comfort, and its location was tremendous. The bed was hard as a rock. Both my wife and I woke up with extremely sore backs.
I thought the hotel was beautiful & we got good service at the restaurant & bar. We went to Red Earth Pow-Wow at the Cox Convention Center & it was two blocks away. We walked to the Murrah Federal Building Memorial as well as Bricktown, also in walking distance. My roommate left her cellphone & charger in the room & y'all are mail-ing it to her. I appreciate that immensely. I got an Email confirmation that said I had only one room. I called Book-ing & got that straightened out, then had problems checking in at the desk when we got there.
accomadating, close to bricktown, hint of mystery I would not have been able to afford it on my own.
clean, comfortable room.staff with good hospitality mind
To loud outside. Loud people coming back to the room drunk. Woke up the kids
The pool and location were excellent. The breakfast was awesome. The lady at the desk on check in was rude. We needed a bed for our daughter we were told that that was not an option unless we switched rooms and if we did that there would not be a room avaliable for Saturday night. So sharing a bed with a toddler because we could not have a roll away bed was not the best sleep a guy can get. Just seemed lke she did not care about customer service at all.
Beds were comfortable. It served its purpose for only one night! Hairs in the shower, trash under the bed and a very strong chemical smell. Didn't like the noise from I35.
Bed was big and the room seemed pretty clean. This is a motel, so I guess you can't expect a ton. Check-in took almost 10m, despite being the only person in the lobby. There was an ironing board, but no iron in the room.
Our confirmation stated check in was at 2:00 but when we arrived at 1:50 the front desk clerk told us we could not check in until 3:00 and there would be absolutely no exceptions. He was very short with us and did not smile at all. For breakfast, there was only stale cereal.
Staff was friendly Just kind of rough around the edges
I booked through Kayak and then was sent to bookings.com......I then went to the hotel and 45 minutes later I had not received my confirmation email so I waited another 45 minutes at the hotel for the email. The email never came so I put a hold on my credit card and booked the hotel directly while on-site. Much to my surprise I paid less by booking onsite than what Kayak wanted. I will never use Kayak again and neither will my employees or my friends.
The room was clean and all appliances worked. The room heater ran hot, couldn't adjust temp down to a better comfort level. The hall floors were spongy in places, as though the wood below was rotting.
Our room had roaches
Very clean, friendly staff good breakfast The pool was closed for maintenance
The bottled water in the room. This room was not cleaned appropriately from previous occupant. This stay was more like a 1 Star hotel I would think in regards to cleanliness. Some of the tv's basic channels didn't come through or went in and out.
Hotel Employee at the front desk were amazing It's a very large hotel and a bit like a maze getting to your room

Room was clean and modern. Location wasn't great, but that's because we weren't going to the airport and there was terrible road construction.
This is NOT a pet friendly hotel ... they are only tolerated at a hefty fee of $75. Also, not a 3.5 star hotel ... 2.5 max.

Great stay, quiet, clean room
Won't give it 3.5 stars it's an older hotel which they have somewhat remodeled. Priced high for what it is.
The location was great. Very quite location as well

it was fine but there was confusion over payment
It was clean and everything in the room works. It is a little old but not that big of a deal.
Great hot breakfast and coffee available all day. The room was clean. Location was easy to find.
Bathroom was nice. Bad wifi and some crazy was knocking on my door at 2 am.
Good relation price/quality Very noisy location next to freeway
It was easy to get to and close to the VA medical center, two fueling stations, brick town, and the state capital.
Very clean. Very good price. Very close to Bricktown & Chesapeake atena. Will definitely use again the next time we are in the city
Out dated and lot of noise do to the highway being so close
The pillows were awful. The air conditioning didn't work and the room was right beside the highway which lead to it being loud all night.
It was quiet The shower kept clogging up, the iron didn't work , and the location is horrible
Quiet, clean, good value for the money. The toilets don't work. It's not a slow, water conservative environment. They just don't work!
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. A place I would stay again and would definitely recommend to anyone. Nothing I didn't like
People nice and it was clean. My husband is a 100% disabled veteran with a no tax card which we showed and was told next morning they would take off taxes. Next morning with a plane to catch we were told we would have to call a manager and that would take time which we didn't have so we paid and left. Should have been taken care of up front.
Very clean. Breakfast included.
Beds very comfortable.nice separate sitting area. One bed had stains on sheets.
it was convient They had roaches, torn curtians, air didnt work.
Room had all standard luxuries and was very clean. Good location with lots of restaurants in the area. Had a Denny's next door and a Cracker Barrel a mile away. Had a nonsmoker room but towels smelled like they came from a smokers room. It appeared all rooms on first floor were for smokers and second floor rooms were for nonsmokers.
Nice bathroom, king size bed, comfy for a quick stop Small pillows, not enough light
The rooms were nice. Large gap under door had to use towel to block cold air. I was surprised to see old TV in such a nice room. Comfort wise was good although there was a business across the road that had lots of noise coming from it kind of hard to tune it out. Staff very polite
The peace and quiet. No
Convenience to travel locations....
the two king size beds in our room, very economical no
