Points négatifs : Drop-off instructions are confusing. Also, drop-off location at Suvarnabhumi airport is not as good as for other rental car companies. Fortunately, the employee drove us with all our luggage to the gate where we had to check in.

Points positifs : The car was clean and the pickup and dripoff process was easy.
Points négatifs : I was charged a ridiculous amount for “fees” and I was charged for two whole days when I only had the car for a while Day and a few hours. I was going to rent from a different company which was only going to charge me for one whole day but they didn’t accept my debit card.

Points négatifs : The vehicle had a flat tire the source of the problem was unclear. The number for assistance was of zero assistance in informing where the jack etc. Was located . I ended up paying someone to change the tire the rental company said I would be responsible for an undetermined amount of repair for the

I’m not angry, I’m disappinted.
Points négatifs : Upon arriving in Bangkok we found that the van provided was unlike the one we reserved and could not store nearly the amount of luggage as the one shown online. We also were informed that we would not have gps even though we had requested it prior to our trip. The vehicle itself was in fair condition save for the speakers/radio deck which were abismal. They constantly shorted out and were nearly useless. When we returned from our trip and attempted to return the van, your customer service had claimed they could pick up the van for us; however, we were left on our own and had to return the van to a different budget. This cost us almost 4 hours and we nearly missed our bus. Considering that we gave months notice on our requests we are EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this service and will not be using budget again.

Budget is always my #1 choice at Bangkok for a vehicle
Points positifs : Brand new diesel pick-up with covered bed to put all our luggage. Easy Drop Off on upper level when returning the vehicle and catching a flight, they came up and met me so I could then enter the terminal at the most convenient spot to access my check-in.
Points négatifs : Nothing to complain about at all.

Budget is always my #1 choice at Bangkok for a vehicle
