Points positifs : Staff was very friendly and helpful. Spoke English very well and helped me navigate to my next destination via the train and metro after I dropped the car off.

Points positifs : Staff were helpful and nice enough. Service was okay given the location and time of day.
Points négatifs : We rented a van for 6 people. The cover for the back did not fit in with all the seats up, and we had to store it in our hotel as the rental staff would not take it from us. This was inconvenient, as we could not have fit 6 people in the car with the cover in place.

Points négatifs : Car not available, however they did give one that worked but was not clean

Points positifs : Le personnel était très sympathique et serviable. Parlait très bien anglais et m'a aidé à aller à ma prochaine destination par le train et le métro après avoir déposé la voiture.
Points négatifs : Rien d'autre que des choses positives à dire.

Points positifs : Le personnel était serviable et assez gentil. Le service était correct étant donné l'emplacement et l'heure de la journée.
Points négatifs : Nous avons loué une fourgonnette pour 6 personnes. La couverture à l'arrière ne correspondait pas à toutes les places assises, et nous avons dû la ranger dans notre hôtel car le personnel de location ne nous l'emporterait pas. C'était gênant, car nous n'aurions pas pu accueillir 6 personnes dans la voiture avec le couvercle en place.
