Entreprise rent a car should be banned from Kayak
Points positifs : Nothing they are thieves.
Points négatifs : They said that the price I booked on Kayak didn't include any insurance. I told them that my Visa Infinite card will cover me but they forced me to subscribe the insurance which doubled the initial price. I refused to pay the doubled price because the reason I used Kayak is to compare offers and reserve the best offer. Why Kayak let you reserve a one week rental car which will not allow you to get the car because it doesn't include any insurance. So I lost a couple of hours to find another rental car company and had to pay a taxi to get a car 15 Kms away from the Orly airport. I asked Entreprise car rental a written proof but they said they were not able to write anything.

Points négatifs : Véhicule réservé à l'avance et pas disponible quand je me présente au comptoir c'est inadmissible... Le personnel n'avait aucune solution sauf me proposer une clio alors que j'avais réservé un cmax. Pfffff.

Points positifs : C'etait une voiture tres neuve. Avec peu de kilometraje. Puissance tres bien.
Points négatifs : Au retour, le responsable de recevoir la voiture m'a donné le receipt d'une autre personne/ vehículo. Il m'a demandé le nom de la personne qui m'a reçu pour me donner la voiture. Un peu de confusion au retour.
